Flexible, high degree of service, and solid work
From the terms it was a little unclear how much preparation had to be done, but when the professionals showed up, they took care of everything, and the results were gorgeous.

Beyond all expectations
We hired GulvKanonen to fix our scratched up floors. We had another couple of issues with a loose floorboard and a skirting board that had come away from the wall when we were moving furniture. We did not mention these to GulvKanonen. Not only did they do a great job with the scratched floors, they also fixed the other two issues without being asked to. I highly recommend these guys.

Very professional company
Very professional company. Answers the phone and emails quickly. Arrived on time, good quality of work. However, I asked specifically for a UV filter in the lak from my first email, and didn’t receive a direct answer about it. Found out on the day that they do not use a lak with UV. A bit disappointed they weren’t more open about that.

Great communication
Great communication, friendly, but average performance. Left a lot of tape in the apartment and some areas you can really see the marks from the sanding. They also did not match to the original floor finish (went from semi-gloss to mat). I told them I wanted the floors to look the same, but now they are totally different because they told me that was what I had already. They will say this is my fault because this is in the service invoice, so I guess I will have to live with the floors this way. Don't get me wrong... it's not bad... it's just... average.

Vrey disappointing
Poor quality work on the floor that I now have to live with and see each day. Consistently bad communication that cost me precious time. Misleading prices on the website. Would not recommend.
