Tickets were very poor. Tickets were ‘blocked’ at the gate, was barred access. Missed the Kick Off. Supposed to be Cat1 seats. They weren’t. Email response the same as many others readily available to read, in basic terms Gullivers are disappointed but it not their fault and nothing else will be done for you.

Went to the first Perth Ashes test with Gullivers. The accommodation was great and pleased with that. Perhaps as we were only on the ticket and hotel for one test, communication and information prior to the trip was very limited from Gullivers, including around receiving the tickets prior to travel.

The refund received seemed much lower than the amount we paid for a better category of tickets. I have attempted to contact Gullivers multiple times for clarity on what the ticket cost included to account for this difference. I've received no response to any of these attempts at contacting them for clarity on this difference in actual ticket price, compared to the price charged by Gullivers, particularly given we received no support or communication from anyone at Gullivers that could explain the additional costs.

The seats for the match were not sat together, I thought this was poor

Enjoyed a fantastic trip to Rome for the six nations with Gullivers (shame about the result). I badly sprained my ankle and Rob and the rest of the team where very helpful getting me back to the UK.

Very seemless and it was everything we were expecting!

A great trip sorted by Gulliver to the football at Real Madrid to watch the local Derby with Athletico this end of March 26. Organisation of a splendid hotel that was close to the ground via the Metro.

Everything was very good and we had an enjoyable weekend. Good well situsted hotrl, good flight and generally well organised. Just a couple if small issue:

1. A bit of a wait for the transfer back to the airport. No big deal.
2. We had to put our hand luggage in the hold when we were under the impression we could have hand luggage in the cabin , as we did on the Cardiff flight. Again no big deal just had to wait by the luggage carousel st Cardiff Airport.

Cardiff Airport was good both times. A pity its not used more.

Once you book your trip Gullivers really kept you up to date and informed. Their phone lines were really quick and easy to get through to. Whilst the hotel was adequate its location was very central and ideal as a base. My group didn’t rely on Gullivers support staff too much but they were very visible and helpful. Match day tickets were in a good location, flight was easy and convenient. As a group we will definitely use Gullivers again.Shame about the result…

Wow! What a service, from the very start of booking, which was really easy to navigate, to returning home from a fantastic tour.
Any questions pre travel were quickly answered. All documents provided in good time. Staff where visible and present at every transition stage of the weekend. All happy to chat about anything and everything creating such a lovely, calm, relaxed atmosphere.
Would absolutely 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a sports tour - outstanding. I will certainly be travelling again with Gulliver's in the future. Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience.

Everything was organised perfectly and we had no issues when getting to the hotel or to the game. The team even answered questions about which airport most people use and all the little details.

Our trip to Italy was very well organised, from our flight to Rome to our return trip. Lots of polite well informed staff.

Unfortunately we didn’t get the nick Mullins commentary sheet we were promised which was part of the reason we chose to come with your company.we just received the commentary sheet framed - what a joy and privilege- certainly a trip to remember and thank you all at Gullivers.

From the initial booking through to the actual day of the match (Italy v England - 6 nations 2026), Gullivers travel where extremely professional, thoughtful and pro active throughout the whole journey.

They had representatives from the company at every step of the way, from airport check in, between the airport and coach transfer, at the hotel, pre match and at the ground and again at checkin on the return journey. Anything that was asked for was provided and every question answered.
