Bunch of scamers

Bunch of scamers. Bought a ring in there a year ago, something was constantly off... once again, broke the ring by mistake in April gave it back and they said that the self-insurance will be paid when we get the ring back. Got it today, 3 months later only to find out that besides 659 KR self-insurance I need to pay for the change in prince for gold - 600 KR

Wrong engagement ring delivered

How the situation finished (26/08): Guldfynd delivered a new ring, and we picked it at the store.

My partner ordered an engagement ring for me, which we previously tried at the store several times (!!!). When our order arrived, we just shocked how different it is from the picture of the website and the testing ring they have in their store! There are totally different claws, which totally changed the design of the ring, and also very poorly made. Thus is not what we ordered. We already spoke to a manager and a sales person, they both confirm they see this big difference. A sales person said she hasn't seen anything like this in 30 years of work. The complaint was done, we left the ring with the manager, and I hope Guldfynd solves the situation well and fast. This has destroyed our engagement. I have constant stress and heartache waiting for them to solve it. I DONT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THEM, especially if you have such important event as engagement/ wedding.

Lowest quality of products

I bought some 18k gold earrings for my wife, and the first time she tried them she couldn’t even connect the locks. We were trying for more than 30 min. At the end we gave up and decided that it was too difficult. Once we stopped trying we also saw that just from trying to put on the earrings (opening and closing the lock) they were bend out of shape. They are 18k which already makes the material soft, but guldfynd chose to make the material so paper-thin and with no support that you can’t even breathe on it without it wobbling out of place. I have never seen a product this bad, and I just want to warn other people. Really check what you buy. This company is not focusing on quality.

Find another store!!

I bought my engagement ring at one of their stores, and since I couldn't bring my now wife to try the ring, I asked if there was a problem to come back at a later time to get it fitted to her finger..

They told me that's not a issue, so I bought it and waited for the perfect timing to propose to my wife..

It went some years before I could be with here because of corona etc, and she came from the other side of the world..

But as we went to get the ring re sized, they sent it in to their workshop and got it back with a note "Our machines can't do it"
So, I asked what to do now?
They didn't do anything, they asked if I wanted to buy another ring, but not with reduced price or anything...so all they care about, are to sell goods and not their customers..

I will never buy anything at their stores again, they really don't care if they ruined you're most important day in you're life, and leaves you hanging with a ring that can't be fitted.

The date of experience doesn't match, but I can't go further back then that..

Bad insurance company

Very poor service , we bought our rings and I lost mine after several months , we paid insurance but apparently the rings aren’t insured. They mainly just say that but when you need there help ,they turn you down . Poor service , poor respond. Don’t pay insurance thinking they will insure it .
