The "Customer First" Vibe
You can really tell a lot about a company by their customer service, and Guitar Gear Pro is top-tier. I had a minor hiccup with my string order, but the team handled it with zero stress, lightning speed, and even sent over a little extra gift! It’s rare to find such a smooth process these days. I'll be recommending them to everyone; they are officially my first choice for strings and gear.

I couldn’t find my Paige capo anywhere else in the UK but these guys had it - comprehensive string range too. Only rub was the package was sent out by Royal Mail 1st class instead of a trackable 24 or 48 hr service. Ended up sitting unannounced in my local delivery office for 4 days
