Well made wooden cage
I’m very happy with my wooden cage from Guineapet! The cage is well made. It took about 5 weeks before it arrived, but they kept me informed about the delivery. I would definitely recommend!

Overall my experience is very good. myself and my piggies are happy with all the products I ordered (several liners and pee pads, 4 wood houses, 1feeder and 2 water stands) and I have made 3 orders so far. Quality is good and price to quality ratio is also good. Shipment prices are much more atractive than other similar brands (in Europe). There was once a problem with an item shipment but the company reply was fast and the problem quickly solved. Sometimes the website is a little frustrating and the review system via website does not work. But this is something the company can improve as they success grows.
To say my experience was negative would be an understatement. I initially purchased from this website on December 1st 2025 and after an automatic email that confirmed my order I received no further update on my order. I reached out to them (him? Looks like it’s a one
-man company) on the 18th for clarification on my order status and they told me that my order would ship the following week. I wait the full week and on the 29th I reach out again and this time they give me a sob story about them working day and night and never taking a break ever and tell me that they can’t ship my order anymore and they want to give me a refund (after basically taking an interest-free loan for a month). At this point I have waited so long (was supposed to take at worst 10 working days to ship) that I just give them however much more time they need and after a couple more days they finally ship my order, though they still chose the cheapest and slowest shipping option, didn’t even try to make up for the extra extra time they made me wait. Finally on the 10th of January (almost a month and a half after I placed my order) I received my order and… the quality of the items (especially the wooden items) is what you would expect from an amateur at best, and they’ve been in this business for several years… The only quality thing from the ones that claim they produce hand-crafted quality products are the pictures on their website, but don’t expect to find the same quality in the products you will, eventually, receive. I will add that their website uses an internal review system named Quoli, which gives the shop owner the ability to hand pick reviews and hide negative ones, basically turning the entire review system into an ad to attract customers that may trust the positive reviews highlighted. Of course they never gave me the chance to give them a review in the first place. Very shady. Steer clear.
Update 08/02/2026: given that you insist you don’t curate reviews, here is a quote from your reviews system’s documentation under section managing reviews, quote:”Approve/Reject: Quickly approve or reject pending reviews to keep your reviews section up-to-date“. I would link the documentation but trustpilot does not allow links, but it can be easily accessed on Quoli’s website. Anyway, if you do not moderate reviews, I will be very happy to give you a review directly on your website, so please provide a link to review your products. It does seem strange that you have overwhelmingly positive reviews on your website and the exact opposite on a third party review system…
Addressing the “requests” I made after you failed to meet your own deadline twice, I only gave you a new deadline, one week after the one you yourself set. Note that I had to run after you because you wouldn’t give me any updates at all by your own initiative.
The timeline went something like this:
01/12/2025 - order placed
18/12/2025 - contacted you to get an update on the order status
18/12/2025 - you say, quote:”your order will likely only ship early next week”, i.e. 22nd through 24th of December I suppose
29/12/2025 - I contact you again and I set the new deadline on the 29th by the end of the day (1 week after the deadline you set)
29/12/2025 - your answer, quote:”I won´t be able to send the items today, nor in the next few days”
29/12/2025 - I extend the deadline once again and suggest you stop taking orders to catch up (I see you quietly listened and stopped taking orders for some time).
29/12/2025 - your answer, quote:”We are shipping your order 1 tomorrow and order 2 in a few days” pretty much the opposite of what you said in the previous email.
30/12/2025 - You finally ship order 1 (estimated processing time taken directly from your website - 5 working days, actual processing time - 17 working days)
05/01/2026 - You ship order 2 (estimated 10 working days, actual 20 working days).
I will update again if I end up receiving a link to give you a review, and especially if you actually approve my review to show up on your website, but I honestly doubt you will.

Correx bases are POOR quality and SLOW delivery. I ordered two correx 2x4 bases on 14th July, at a great price thinking I'd found a bargain - I was wrong. I heard nothing for TEN days and chased them up, to be told there were supplier delays and it was despatching soon. The goods weren't received til 1st August, 24 days after ordering - so don't buy if you're in a rush.
The correx they're using is VERY thin and a LOW gsm, plus the 'scored' edges for folding are terribly done and barely fold - they're more like curved up, rather than nice right angles. I thought I'd saved a few quid on the bigger reputable brands, but really wish I'd never bothered. Terrible product and really very slow delivery - money wasted.
