The turn over on staff and students says a lot about this place. Many parents have taken or planning on taking their children out of this place because of how poorly it's run. Guidepost is focused only on enrollment, not children's growth. My child would beg me not to take her her every morning. Changed to a new daycare and she's very happy now.
Been bringing the kiddos here for the ever since we moved to the area. And couldn't be happier with our choice. The teachers and admin have gone above and beyond to make our kids feel welcome. They always come home with new math skills they've learn and have really enjoy the music and art classes. Now we know one too many songs they've learned but are super appreciative how kind and knowledgeable the staff are. Would highly recommend Guidepost Montessori Hollywood beach to any parents in the area!

My nephew attends this school and he's always telling me about his day and how it's different than his soccer team friends days at school. He says that it doesn't feel boring and that he has the chance to make his own decisions. Over the last year he's been really excelling at math and I'd assume it's due to what he's learning at school. He mentions that his teachers are really nice and patient and that makes him feel relaxed and not sad about having to go to school like some of his other friends.

Serious delay in security deposit refund. My daughter graduated from Guideposts West Alex, VA location in July 2025. Nine months later, we still have not received her refund despite countless phone calls and email follow-ups. At one point they claimed a refund check had been issued and mailed, but they could not provide any documentation when asked. After that, they stopped responding entirely. We never received the check. Now it appears they are switching ownership and are using that as an excuse not to issue the refund. This level of unprofessionalism and stonewalling is infuriating — we trusted this company and they have betrayed that trust. What a shady, irresponsible company.

My toddler son started at Guidepost Montessori over a year ago when he was 18months and he loves going there everyday! The campus is beautiful, well kept, clean and spacious and beautifully laid out with thoughtful Montessori lessons. His teachers are kind, loving and caring. I feel comfortable leaving him in their care each day and have peace of mind knowing he is well taken care of. I see such a difference in him already with the Montessori methods they use. He is becoming a little independent toddler, loves cleaning up after himself and already knows his numbers in Spanish (he is in the Spanish Immersion program which I love about the school as well). I have visited other schools and honestly this school was the best option out of all.

We’ve been part of Guidepost Montessori for about three years with both of my children, and we absolutely love it. From the start, we felt confident they were in a nurturing and supportive environment.
The teachers are caring, attentive, and truly invested in each child’s growth. The Montessori approach has made a noticeable difference in our kids’ independence, confidence, and love for learning.
We also appreciate the strong sense of community and clear communication from the staff. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience for our family, and we highly recommend Guidepost Montessori.

Guidepost Montessori has been a wonderful fit for our 18-month-old. We’ve seen such a positive change in her independence and growing sense of confidence since she started. The environment encourages her to explore and learn at her own pace, which has been incredible to watch. We’re also very grateful for the thoughtful guidance she’s receiving from her teachers; they are attentive, supportive, and truly invested in her development. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

I interviewed for a position in Deerfield and the director told me I would be a great fit. I have twenty years teaching experience and a clean backgrund check.
She then decided to ghost me and finally after I confronted her she called me and told me that five years ago I interviewed with the other manager.
I never interviewed with anyone due to the fact that they had to close Kildeer and Vernon Hills teachers who were mistreating children .
I decided to give it a try and now I see why they have such a bad reputation.

When our son started at Guidepost Marietta at 16 months old, we were hoping for a place that would keep him safe, nurture his curiosity, and help him grow. What we found was something far more extraordinary.
There is a clear sense of purpose, care, and thoughtfulness in how the school is run. Every interaction with leadership, and staff reflects a deep commitment not just to education, but to the wellbeing of each child and family who walks through the door.
The guides are simply exceptional. They have created an environment where our son feels completely safe to be himself curious and joyful. They celebrate and gently support him through challenges, and consistently nurture his confidence and independence.
We drop our son off each day knowing he is genuinely loved. That peace of mind is something every parent hopes for but few truly find.
Most importantly, our son is thriving. He walks into school with excitement, comes home with stories, new skills, and growing confidence. He is learning in an environment that allows him to shine in his own way, at his own pace.
It is rare to find a place where your child is so thoughtfully nurtured and where you feel such deep trust in the people caring for your child. We are incredibly grateful our son is growing up in this community.

I love Guidepost for a few reason. The main one being that I know my kids are loved just like they would be at home. The staff, from the front desk to the amazing teachers, are absolutely incredible and they go above and beyond when it comes to our little ones. When I drop my kids off, I dont feel like I am leaving them with strangers, it is like a second home to them.
The second reason I love guidepost so much, is it is not daycare it is school. They learn and grow so much with the guidance of their teacher and staff. I am constantly amazed at what my 2 year old knows and what she says she learns at school.
Our journey with guidepost started 3 years ago when guidepost opened their doors. My son was enrolled in their toddler program. He went on to childrens house and completed his pre-k year at guidepost. He has since graduated but is excelling in his kindergarten year and has been placed in an accelerated kindergarten program in large part to the teaching and foundation he received during his time at guidepost. Our journey has now continued with our daughter who is now enrolled in the same toddler class her brother was in. We love, love, love our guidepost community and staff.

We feel incredibly grateful to Ms. Jessy and the wonderful team of guides at Guidepost Montessori Palm Beach. What makes Ms. Jessy so special is that beyond her strong Montessori experience, she genuinely cares about building meaningful connections with each of her students and their families. You can truly feel how much she loves what she does.
Both of our children had the opportunity to learn and grow in her class, and her kindness, nurturing nature, and deep care for every child truly stand out. Thanks to the thoughtful activities she and her team plan each day, our toddler daughter has made wonderful progress in her gross motor skills.
We also greatly appreciate how the school creates many opportunities for families to connect, fostering a strong and welcoming sense of community.

Our 3 year old daughter started with the Guidepost Toddler classroom when she was around 20 months old. The guides were so supportive when she struggled to transition to school after staying at home with grandparents previously.
Within weeks she was absolutely thriving! She is now in Children's House and asks to stay for a few extra minutes after pickup so she can play with her friends. The Montessori educational approach fits her independent personality by encouraging her to think critically and make decisions for herself. The mixed age environment has been a good experience for her as an only child. She comes home weekly having learned a new surprising skill (whether academic, emotional or social).
The community of the school has been a big positive as well. It is so nice to have opportunities to connect with other families at the school and build a stronger support system for our children. Highly recommend this community!

Our daughter has been in the Spanish Immersion Program at Guidepost since last November, and we’re amazed by how quickly she has picked up new words and skills. It’s wonderful to see her confidently say “gracias,” ask to wash her hands before lunch, and help tidy up. Ms. Delfina and Ms. Erika are incredible guides who truly embody the Montessori philosophy. The leadership team is also fantastic, with clear communication and great support for families. We’re so grateful for this school!

My 2 year old son started at Guidepost when he was about 16 months old. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this preschool.
From day one, the entire team of teachers and staff have been warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It’s clear that they truly love what they do and deeply care about each and every child.
My son has grown so much—both socially and academically—since starting here. The teachers create a nurturing, engaging environment where the children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel informed and involved.
The staff go above and beyond to make sure each child feels valued and understood. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my son is in such capable and compassionate hands every day.
I highly recommend guidepost Montessori to any parent looking for a positive, supportive, and enriching environment for their child!

We have our son in the Nido room and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! I really appreciate all the updates they send through the app. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing when he naps, eats, and has diaper changes. Their communication is truly excellent.
My son definitely didn’t have a hard time adjusting to the school, which says a lot. You can tell the teachers genuinely care for him and take such good care of him every day. He absolutely loves them, and that means everything to us.

Our experience with Guidepost Montessori at Montclair has truly been a blessing for our family. As our son’s very first school and daycare experience, we couldn’t have asked for a better environment for him to begin this journey.
From day one, we watched him grow in ways that amazed us. He has learned so much — not just academically, but socially and emotionally. Seeing him gain independence, confidence, and curiosity has been incredible.
What has meant the most to us is how deeply his teachers care. Ms. Veronica and Ms. Michele have been absolutely wonderful. Their patience, warmth, and genuine love for the children show every single day. They took the time to understand him, support him, and encourage him at his own pace. Knowing he was in such caring hands gave us so much peace of mind.
One of the most special parts has been watching him interact with other children and make friends for the first time. Seeing him talk about his classmates, share, laugh, and build those early friendships has been priceless.
We are so grateful for the nurturing, structured, and supportive environment Guidepost Montessori at Montclair provides. It has been the perfect first school experience for our son, and we highly recommend it to any family looking for a place where their child will truly be seen, supported, and helped to thrive.

We absolutely love our child’s Guidepost! Our two-year-old has grown so much in independence, confidence, and social skills. The guides are warm, patient, and truly care about each child. The classroom environment is calm, nurturing, and perfectly designed for hands-on learning. We feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our little one!

We started at this campus in the fall and have truly enjoyed our sons' transitions. Our youngest began in the Nido room and has grown into a social, happy toddler thanks to the nurturing environment. Our oldest is in the Children's House program, and we deeply appreciate the emotional and academic support from his teachers. We're so grateful to be part of this wonderful community.
Also, we value the Spanish immersion program. The lead teachers there have supported such growth in our children's Spanish vocabulary which means a lot to our family.

We have been at Guidepost for almost three years now, which seems insane to say. We toured originally because we wanted Montessori curriculum and the new location in Downers Grove is only a few blocks from our house. We hit the jackpot!
I'm home during the day but since my son is our last of four (and the others are in elementary school all day), we wanted to give him some time around kids his own age and I wanted a break a few times a week for a few hours. This community has given us so much more than I had even anticipated. Theme days, soccer after school, school parties....Guidepost does a great job of building a special community.
My relationship with the teachers and assistants is more than I could ask for. Sarah, the Head of School, is always available and on top of things in a way that's clear and productive. Everyone is always cheerful and supportive..and my son walks in with confidence because he feels accepted. There is a great balance between structure and flexibility. I'm always impressed with the way they keep the building feeling both comfortable and yet, clean and functional.
Having our son at Guidepost has been amazing for our family. He's developmentally in a great spot and I really think that Guidepost is setting us up for a really smooth transition to Kindergarten, when it's time.
