Waited six weeks for appointment to…

Waited six weeks for appointment to diagnose limo mode then after they had my vehicle another week due to over booking I was told it would be at least another’s week before they would even plug my vehicle in they also couldn’t guarantee there system would be able to read a 2011 ecu as it was so old ? Wouldn’t even plug it in to confirm either way not what I expected of a iveco main dealer since then I have taken it to a small garage no problem

Guest Truck and Van (Wolverhampton)

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with Fiat’s service network.

My nearly new Fiat van went into limp mode, and I was initially told I’d have to wait two weeks just for it to be checked. I was then directed to Stoneacre Wolverhampton, only to be told the following day—after already taking the van there—that they don’t handle vans and I’d need to go elsewhere. This caused yet another delay of over a week just to get an appointment with the correct service centre.

After finally dropping the van off, I wasn’t offered a courtesy vehicle and had to pay out of pocket to hire one. Communication was very poor—I received no updates for days and had to repeatedly chase, making multiple calls just to speak to someone.

When I did eventually get an update, I was told the van needed a two-year service at a cost of £688, which made no sense given I’ve only owned it just over a year and it has done 15,000 miles. The next day, I was told it only needed an oil change and that a revised quote would be sent. That quote never arrived.

Despite chasing repeatedly, I received no further communication until seven days after dropping the van off, when I was told it was ready to collect—with a £370 bill for work I had never authorised.

Overall, this experience has been disorganised, poorly communicated, and completely lacking in transparency. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Guest Trucks @West Bromwich

Guest Trucks @West Bromwich
I don't know if it's an Iveco or just a Guest thing but this is an awful service provider.
The parts department is the only part of this site that I've spoken to that gives a level of positive customer interaction.

Setting aside that I honestly had to wait a month just to get a slot to bring a truck in, I then look at the tracking on the vehicle and its not moved for a week, its been parked in the car park...the ignition had not even been turned on as the tracking system would tell me that's the case.

The service desk tell me its not being worked on due to the sites work load....hold on I waited 3 weeks for a slot and then its sat on the site for a week waiting for a garage slot!
How does that work?

Talking to the service desk is painful, they are non comital, deflective and talk to you like you are a hinderance and not a customer.
With the exception of a guy called Luke who was the most helpful of all the staff I've spoken to over the last week.

I'm glad I only run 2 Iveco's across the whole fleet and when they are done with I will not be purchasing any more.

Someone needs to look at this site and the management team running it...a truly shocking experience.

Excellent Customer Service

Our Motorhome recently encountered Power Steering issues, the team at Nottingham quickly diagnosed the fault and updated me. Unfortunately the parts were on back order, so this delayed the repair. Ashley and the team at Guest were excellent throughout the process, regularly updating me. Upon completion, all the repairs were carried out to a very high standard, Craig the technician called me and ran through everything that had been done. The vehicle was handed back to me trouble free and in very clean condition.

This was very positive experience and I am very grateful to Ashley, Craig and the team at Nottingham.

worst Iveco dealership in UK

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the service I received from Guest Truck and van, Wolverhampton ( Bushbury road) on 25th September 2025 and in particular concerning what I believe to be substandard service and over charging / excessive payment in relation to my vehicle Iveco Daily reg: FJ18

On thursday 18th september 2025 at 08:00am, I brought in my vehicle for diagnosis of various lights on dash flashing ON and OFF (engine oil & airbag lights). was advised I would receive a phone call later with the findings. At 4pm on the same day I called the garage for a progress check, and was informed they had not looked at my vehicle and they would have a look at the next day.
Friday 19th september afternoon, when I called the garage I was informed that they still hadn't worked on my vehicle as they had been busy,I was promised that the vehicle would be worked on the following monday.
Monday 22/9/25 afternoon I called the garage again to check on the progress., I was informed that the vehicle had still not been worked on as they were very busy with MOT.s and other inspections and those had been prioritised.
On tuesday 23/9/25 afternoon, when I called the garage, it was the same story again, they said "they had not looked at my vehicle, however, there was a vehicle being looked at that time, and mine would follow" the lady said.
On wednesday 24/9/25 when I called the garage, they said they had found the problem with my vehicle and the technician was working on an estimated cost for repairing the vehicle and that it would be emailed to me for authorisation to order parts needed. After waiting for about 2 hours I received the emailed invoice. I called the garage questioning the charges,as I was desperate and frustrated being out of work and the loss of earnings for a whole week,I authorised the work to be carried out despite the charges. I was told they would check if they had the parts in stock (trailer ecu £408 remove and replace)and someone would call me back with the updates ( no one did) Hoping that the vehicle would have been repaired and I would be able to resume work I continued to wait.

On the 25/9/25 I called the garage. I was informed that the trailer ECU that they had fitted had not solved the flashing lights issue on the dashboard and that their electrician would be required to investigate the problem. I was informed the electrician would not be available until Tuesday or Wednesday the following week.
I asked Ryan, the technician manager, why they had changed the trailer ECU if that had not been the diagnosed problem to the flashing lights, He said that the ECU was already damaged and needed replacing at some point. I reminded Ryan that I had brought the vehicle in for the flashing lights issue and not future problems. He said that if I wanted they would remove the new ECU and refit my old one, bearing in mind that they had charged me £408 ( 2 hours labour to plug in one connector and unscrew 4 small nuts) for a part that had not solved the problem, I asked him to refit my old one as it wouldn't make a difference to my original issue.
According to the job card (533359) 4 technicians worked on the vehicle accruing over 5.5 hours labour charged at £155 per hour with no results to the issues.
I would appreciate a written response setting out your investigation and proposed resolution within 14 calendar days of receipt of this complaint. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will consider elevating the matter to IVECO UK Head Office and/or Trading Standards / Consumer Protection as appropriate.
I have attached the invoices and job card given with this email

Thank you for your attention to this matter

yours faithfully
I wrote the above complaint to Iveco and they have never responded back to since.
I ended up taking my vehicle to TRS vehicle centre, Stanton- by- dale DE7. they quickly diagnosed the the problem, they Removed and replaced battery
monitoring sensor on battery terminal that cost £87 and other little jobs curried out.
Iveco should refund my money as they wrongly diagnosed the issue and charged me for it.

Just tried to book in my Fiat Ducato…

Just tried to book in my Fiat Ducato based motorhome to supply and replace airbag module at Peterborough. I was told that not booking any Fiats at the moment yet you advertise you are a Fiat professional dealer. Shame on you as I was also going to ask about doing timing belt and mot at the same time but guess youre not intereted,
I will be writing to the head of Stellantis to ask why they partner with you. Anybody reading this, suggest you dont waste your time with this company and contact. alternative providers.
Update on this, just spoken with Peterborough service manager complaining that hes got 10 Fiat engines to rebuild and no time. Says an awful lot about Fiat quality & reliability that one! Moral of the story, dont buy Fiat then you wont have to experience either.
