We really like the idea, printed out some qr codes in our weddingprogram and on some notes and placed them everywhere, we tried most of them before and had no problem with it, but on the day our guests weren’t able to scan the QR code, so the day after we had to send the link to everyone…I’m pretty sure we have not sent it to more than half of the guests though .. And that took away the whole point with the idea.
The service works seamlessly and does exactly what it’s supposed to—no stress, no hassle. Simple, smart, and incredibly user-friendly. Highly recommended
Great experience with Guest Gallery!
The photo upload was super easy for everyone, and the live gallery wall on the screen added so much fun to the party. It got guests excited to take and share photos — we ended up with tons of great memories!

We experienced some issues with downloading. We took contact and received very quick and good help. Now we have a lot of great pictures!

- The QR code did not work, resulting in us wasting money and time printing the codes, as well as having to send the link to guests after the event. We purposefully chose an option with a qr code, easily accessible from one's phone, to avoid having a link. We could have used Google docs for this (which is free!)
- Videos have to be uploaded separately, very time-consuming.
- It does not say who has uploaded the respective photos - we don't know who has uploaded and who is still missing
- A nice feature could be a marking of new photos since last time one logged in, in that way making it easy to quickly gain an overview of which photos I havent yet seen - where is the break. Alternatively a 'time stamp' of when photos were uploaded.
- Timeline feature does not work properly, resulting in photos not appearing in chronological order, hence the browse through of photos is not user friendly. This combined with no clear demarcation of respective owners of photos results in the overview of the photos being extremely messy
- I am left with not knowing what I have paid for? I could get the same product from a free service like Google og Dropbox.
Conclusion: Not worth the money! And taking into account the fact that the link expires after 3 months I'd say Google would be a much better option where one can have the folder available indefinitely - and for free!!

Hi Julie, I'm sorry you had this experience, we make the upload pages available right away so that any QR codes and printouts can be tested well in advance. I wish you had reached out earlier, then we could have found a solution for you.
An issue we have seen is that when designing your own QR code, users dont leave enough room for the code to be easily scannable. Therefore we have released new ready to print codes that work flawlessly.
With regards to some of your points:
- We cannot show who uploaded what since we do not track your users, and we choose not to require them to register themselves before uploading. This is to ensure a better and faster experience for them and therefore more uploads to you.
- We do the best we can with the timeline, but some devices simply does not report the proper creation date when uploading. They overwrite their own data to the current time of upload. It's something we're continuously monitoring and improving. We have since your event released multiple improvements to this feature.
You paid for a privacy first solution, with readymade QR and printout templates. One with it's pure focus on gathering more memories for you. A solution that does not require your guests to signup or login like Google.
