I think people are better off buying items in the store. I had a bad experience with online ordering. It seems they don’t have a problem taking your payment, but if you have to make a return like I did, it becomes a big drawn out process to get your money refunded. Most places will get your refund back to you within 3 days. But with Guess, they say it takes 5-8 business days after they receive the returned item, then another 3-5 business days for them to issue your refund. Considering these are business days, you are talking three weeks. It seems like we are no longer a priority once we have a return. I’m posting this so this doesn’t happen to other people. Wouldn’t be a big deal except the shirts are $150 bucks, jeans at $100. I can’t go shopping until I get my money back for the clothes that didn’t fit. And I don’t think guess really gives a crap about customer convenience. There is no good reason why it should take that long for a debit card to be refunded. When I asked the representative on the phone why it takes almost a month to get refunded, her answer was that she can’t answer that question.
