Always reliable with beautiful arrangements which are well received and long lasting. The team are good communicators (E.g.in the event of any problems such as storms affecting the Channel Islands)

Guernsey flowers are always perfect in my experience. From first contact to delivery the whole process is smooth running and in my experience the flowers are always in good condition and last a long time. Always a go to if I want to send flowers to friends or family. Highly recommend.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my partner 4 days before their birthday, to ensure arrival on the actual day. I paid £12.95 for a DPD premium delivery service -

"For deliveries that absolutely must get there on your chosen day, we have a guaranteed delivery service with DPD"

My order was for £58.90 in all. Despite this, the flowers were not delivered on the day.

Before Christmas, I had made a first order from Guernsey Flowers for a friend; subsequently, I received several weird emails from this company written in a silly, over-familiar manner about the owners baby, their Christmas and other family matters. I had to ask them to stop. The e-mails were completely inappropriate.

In complete contrast, when I wrote twice today about their FAILURE to fulfill my order, at 17.10 on the day of delivery, there was NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. A check of the 'Shop' tracking app said that a label had been printed...

This is a cynical enterprise which does not acknowledge that a customer paying £50+ for a bunch of flowers isn't ordering them as part of the everyday shop. Most will order for a SPECIAL OCCASION, and will pay to ensure a specific delivery date, but these guys aren't bothered.

I have asked for a full refund, including the £13.00 delivery charge. I will update this review when I receive it. In the meantime I would not recommend the use of this company.

I ordered 2 bunches of long stem freesias, 1 as a gift for my sister, 22nd December to be delivered 23rd December. They were delivered by the PO in a suitably sized box to prevent damage and were beautiful! I still have a vase with them in hoping the buds will flower now. I have ordered flowers before and have always been satisfied.

Very swift delivery of a delightful bouquet . The combination of foliage and flower varieties, together with the restrained colour scheme made them a joy to see in my home. They arrived just before Christmas and I still have the remains cut down into a small posy two weeks later.

Two things- I was given flowers by lots of people following some surgery in the autumn. The freesias from Guernsey flowers lasted longer than any of the others and gave me lots of pleasure. I therefore gave some more freesias as a Christmas present. Apparently they bloomed beautifully and are still giving pleasure. So thank you

I look forward to Freesias each year, and to get them from a small family-run farm felt special. The box arrived as promised. And the flowers lasted and lasted. I shall most certainly want to relive the lovely experience.

I ordered freesias from Guernsey Flowers for Christmas and they arrived in excellent condition. I am very pleased and will definitely order again in future.
