I am actually surprised at these…

I am actually surprised at these ratings . I just bought the 20in large bike for my 6 year old . From the day I ordered it I received the bike in 3 days . Due to the fact that I had to do minimal setup I did have a few questions . I was in touch with customer service in less than a 10 min wait . They were amazing and fixed the problem swiftly and had a passion for their bikes which showed.
We followed a few videos from their YouTube and he was off . First just walking with the bike getting the hang of balance and within 30 min we installed the pedals . Guess what? He started riding without assistance and from the smile on his face you could tell the boost in confidence and the sense of independence. I am very happy with my choice to spend a few extra dollars on the bike due to being high quality, the amazing customer service . If Guardian bikes see's this review I just want to let you guys know you rock and can't wait to recommend this bike to others .

DONT BUY GUARDIAN BIKES

DONT BUY GUARDIAN BIKES. They have awful customer support. They dont send items in the promised timeframe, send bicycles with missing pedals, make you jump through hoops to get a refund after you already hauled everything off to be donated. AND the owner lobbied for 50% tariffs on imported bikes, frames, and ebikes??? Sounds like they want a monopoly on the bicycle industry so we can be forced to pay more for their bicycles. Honestly my kid would have probably been happier with a disney princess bike.

Defective Product With Unreasonable Resolution Options

I ordered a bike for my 5-year-old daughter. When it arrived, the tires were deflated and the front wheel was misaligned with the frame. I contacted customer support the same day it was delivered, and I was told my options were to take it to a bike shop for repair or donate it and provide a donation receipt to receive a refund.

I don’t believe either of those options is appropriate. I received a defective product, and I should be able to return it in the original packaging and exchange it for a new bike.

Misleading Availability & Broken Promises

Blatantly misleading availability and broken delivery promises.

I ordered a bike for my son because it was advertised as available with early December delivery. That timing mattered because it was intended as a Christmas gift. Weeks later, the bike still had not shipped.

I was repeatedly told it would ship tomorrow or in a day or two. None of those statements were accurate. No tracking was ever provided, no proactive updates were sent, and no one could give a clear or honest answer about whether the bike would arrive by Christmas. Every update required me to chase customer service, and every promised timeline quietly passed.

This was not a carrier delay or a weather issue. It was a failure to accurately represent inventory and a refusal to be transparent once the problem was obvious. Polite apologies and a shipping refund do not fix that.

If you are ordering a time sensitive gift, especially for a child, do not rely on the availability or delivery estimates shown at checkout.

If you want it even more nuclear for Trustpilot, the next step is explicitly selecting “Misleading advertising” or “Delivery issues” as the complaint category when posting. That tags the review internally and increases the odds of an executive response.

No customer service - no order update after 17 days

12/29 update: we received the bike in time for Christmas and my son loves the bike. He had a balance bike beforehand so it only took him 2-3 days to really figure out pedaling.

Original review
I ordered a guardian bike on Black Friday (Nov 28). On December 9th, I emailed for a status update on when my order will ship. All i received was an AI generated response that the case would be escalated. No response. On 12/12 I emailed again, but I still haven't heard from anyone. I understand that there's a holiday rush, but they should have been more prepared. At the very least they should be answering their emails and providing status updates. We're now 10 days from Christmas and I don't know if I'll be getting the bike in time.

Paid for but No bike

We have paid for a bike for our granddaughter, but it has yet to be delivered. You can contact them only by email, and they may or may not get back to you, and I've yet to have an answer as to when we will get our bike or if we are ever to get it. Their contact is horrible as they just ignore us once paid for as their are other companies that offer nice bikes for kids.

This bike is expensive

This bike is expensive, and should have a way to attach the "free" handpump! Directions that note that the pump cannot be attached to 16" bikes would be helpful. Having a customer service rep. tell you that the pump was a free item does not help. Not personable rep.
