This site has saved me from opening so many vicious web sites and it has alerted me on possible identity theft sites thanks for keeping an old lady safe and secure I feel protection through and by them 🙏

It has stopped me numerous times from getting into apps not meant to be open, blocked, alerted and also notified me of suspicious activities. What more could I want? This is the absolute best investment for me and my family! Thank you Guardio!

Was enjoying the security of Guardio when I first subscribed. My spouse became disabled and doesn’t have access to email or internet anymore so I monitor his email. I kept getting messages from Guardio that his email was not protected so I tried to correct that and ended up with another subscription, and was refused a refund. Will not renew.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about things about Guardio. From the moment I started using App it started working and I was amazed at how much “in trouble” accounts I actually had. So protection is key & they are the key!

Guardio has always been instantaneously on point when it comes to detecting spam and suspicious activity through all of my online activity. It is a blessing and gives me a peace of mind knowing that I am navigating my day to day activities under such protection👍

I'm not very good on the computer or phone. Guardio was very helpful with all of my issues. They checked back with me frequently, to make sure I didn't have any other needs.

Very easy process! If needed to make changes on my phone settings Guardio gave simple instructions on how to do so. The entire process was simple! I had an unpleasant experience with a competitor and was somewhat hesitant to do this again. I’m happy that I did! -Lynette in CA

⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointed With Guardio

My experience with Guardio has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I discovered that I had been charged for an annual Guardio subscription that I did not knowingly authorize. Initially, I could not even locate an account associated with my regular email address. After communicating with a representative named Taylor, I investigated further and discovered that the account was apparently connected to my Apple login, which used Apple’s Hide My Email feature.

My concern was never simply about canceling a subscription or changing my mind after making a purchase. I repeatedly explained that I did not knowingly purchase or authorize this annual subscription and was requesting that the charge be refunded.

What makes this experience particularly frustrating is that Guardio markets itself as a service designed to help protect people online. Yet when I reported a charge for a service I did not knowingly authorize—and explained that I do not even need Guardio because I already use another service—I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed.

I was even offered continued free service, but that completely misses the point. I don't want additional service, free or otherwise. I want the money returned for a subscription I maintain that I did not knowingly authorize.

I understand that companies have refund policies, but I also believe there should be a meaningful process for investigating disputed subscriptions rather than treating every refund request as though a customer simply changed their mind.

Based on the way my situation has been handled, I cannot recommend Guardio. A company whose business centers around online protection should take a customer's concerns about an unexpected and disputed charge especially seriously.

It works great for finding malicious emails. I thought it would rid me of the databrokers . I get so many calls from insurance companies trying to sell me on changing my Medicare with their policy if I have part A and B. I still work so I have no part B. All these are unwanted calls

Great product. Keeps me safe on internet

The Guardio App has done a great job of preventing me from engaging in suspect areas. I wish it was as easy to scrub what information has already been compromised.

So I was online tonight and picked up a Trojan virus or virus. I immediately contacted Gaurdio to see what was going on and this young lady named Taylor really helped me a lot a stressful situation into a little bit better situation. I still gotta change all my passwords, but it feels good to be locked down.

I received a suspicious email and turned to Guardio for help. They confirmed it was a safe purchase and it was ok for me to open the message. What a relief, thank you Guardio and Taylor for your quick response and information!!
