Taylor at Guardio has been extremely helpful with questions I've had about a few questionable emails I've received and what to do with them. Her tips about the red flags to look for have been great. She is very patient and thorough in explaining how to deal with them and her responses to my questions are almost immediate. This retired "older" woman very much appreciates Taylor's help and I love that I can communicate with a real person.

For the most part, its ok at doing what its supposed to. However, I recently got a virus on my phone and I am angry why didnt Guardio catch it? I go into my phone and the Guardio toggle was in the off position. How did that happen? So thats why I gave a 4 star.

I have tried a few other companies over the last few years and was disappointed .
But Guardio has been truly one of the best.
I feel they have my back , I’m 78 and it’s nice to see them warning me of sites that are not good .

I was ripped off. The charged my credit cards and some how got money from Western Union. Very stressful. I have nothing just a $309 charge.

Didn’t have guardo for a short time when I was poor - MISTAKE - had problems that hadn’t seen before or after - worth $!

I had questions about some suspicious activity on my computer with my email account and wanted advice on some avenues to start engaging with in the future to solve my concerns and Guardio was very helpful with my questions so I recommend them to anyone that need professional protection from crooks that are looking to try and take advantage of you in a very dishonest way!

Do not use this company!. This company does bad business. I'm in a dispute with PayPal for letting this company take over $500 out of my bank account. And overdrafted my account!!, so then what? PayPal couldn't get the full amount out of my account. They decided to use another bank account that I had on file with PayPal to take money out of it. Without my permission.
I canceled this subscription with Guardio at the time of this transaction. I didn't follow through with giving them, My contact information phone number etc. They got all that information from PayPal.
This is what happened. I canceled it at the time of transaction. And the following day, they took the money from PayPal for their services. I've been going through a PayPal dispute for close to 30 days now and was denied all 3 times saying that I did authorize this payment when actually I have emails from this company. Saying that I was canceled on the same day at the time of transaction. Guardio it's saying that they will refund me. When PayPal closes the case, and yet PayPal tells me that I need to contact Guardio for the refund. Evidently if not paid,
Paypal Will contact a third party to get the money out of me.. I've contacted this company and told them through email contact that I don't want their services and yet they continued.. its ridiculous, they're going to tell you anything so that you will think its not their fault for proceeding with a transaction that you withdrawaled from. They're going to keep your money.
Without giving you a refund and say its in the hands of paypal. Then through another email I was told that I do have services. And then through another email. I was told that the services was canceled at time of purchase, so this company is not to be trusted at all. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about the whole situation. Good luck, everyone.

I definitely recommend getting the protection. Something malicious was also blocked.

Great in stopping spam bad websites . But I never get an answer when l ask a question

I was always afraid to open some apps I got lucky because I was didn’t but now I don’t have to get that sick feeling and worry anymore!! I have the best defense.

Somehow I visited a suspicious website and Guardio caught it. I had questions on this since I didn’t get on the internet today. I was able to immediately get a live person on the chat. Taylor was great! I was able to get my questions answered and help so I could be more proactive! Love Guardio!!
