I contacted the ticket supplier direct, and agreed to meet at the venue, as I couldn't be sure someone would be in to sign for the tickets. It all seemed a little clandestine, but in the end I met with a friend of the supplier, who had the tickets as promised. I had 3 tickets, two together and one alone two seats away, but we rearranged ourselves with the person sat next to us once inside the venue. This was a good way to get something that was otherwise unobtainable, and there were no problems. A great day was had by all from our point of view, we were happy!

My son and I support Leicester football team from the very beginning of the season 2016, we did not miss any single match on TV. So, when the run of the Foxes did not stop after the first half, as many and more were thinking, we decided to buy the tickets for the last match Chelsea-Leicester, hopefully to celebrate the historycal event full of italian pride because of Ranieri's incredible job. And this happened. We found our tickets by the hotel reception at our arrival the evening before. That was my request and it was satisfied. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars it's because they could not confirm this before I left Italy, they only promised to do the best possible. But the best they did!

Everything was fine.

I bought 3 tickets for El Clasico in January from this company. They cost me a lot of money. After Guarantee Tickets confirmed they could supply my 3 tickets I booked flights from England to Barcelona and a hotel.
On the day of the match (2nd April) the tickets did not turn up at the hotel. They did not reply to my many emails and their telephone number cut me off after holding for 5 minutes every time I tried to ring them. It was the worst day of my life and my children were devastated.
Guarantee Tickets did not contact me AT ALL.
Having returned to England, I finally got through to someone 4 days later who apologised and said that I would be refunded and compensation was being considered.
Since then I have been refunded the price I paid for the tickets.
I have emailed them lots of times since then to ask about the additional 50% refund on the price of each ticket that was their guarantee if they ever failed to deliver a ticket at the time I booked my tickets. They have since changed their website but I have proof of this as I took screenshots on my phone.
Having sent lots of email and getting no response, I finally received a reply from them who said that I had “been lucky” to get my money back so quickly, some people were still waiting for their refund and only once all refunds were completed would they consider compensating me. That was 2 weeks ago and I’ve not heard anything since.
They are still ignoring my emails about when they will compensate me. In fact, they have still not confirmed whether they will definitely be compensating me.
It seems from other reviews on here that many people have had the same experience.
GuaranteeTickets have replied to the reviews on here to say they will contact people soon to offer compensation so that people looking at the reviews think that they are dealing with it. THEY ARE NOT DEALING WITH IT!!!
It has been almost 4 weeks now and they have still not given me any compensation or said when they will.
I booked the flights and hotel only after they confirmed they had my 3 tickets. I want compensation. I will not let it go even if they think that by ignoring me I will, even if that means taking legal action against them!

I bought tickets for a football game in Barcelona. The tickets came to my e-mail 2 days before the match as it was promised. The only problem was that the tickets wrote on them "Sunday 10/4/16" but the game had moved to "Saturday 9/4/16". I was lucky that I noticed it on time and did not miss the game. This is a great page for last call or even very good planed journeys to get your tickets. The thing is if it is your first time ordering from them you might get a little scared. Like me. I talk with them a week in advance before Manchester - Everton on Old Trafford. The day came we went over to England. No word friday, nothing saturday. The game was at 16.00 sunday. I was getting really worried that I had been scammed. I called them, the phoneline was down, and the web chat did not respond.
