The service was 1st class the conversation on the phone, the messages were all in plain English easy to understand we were taken through the process step by step when the driver came to collect he was friendly and helpful and went through the process with us but he didn’t become over bearing fully recommend

We had a good experience in our dealings with Guaranteed Car Buyers from start to finish. They came out promptly to collect our broken down car for the agreed price. The money was paid into our account before the vehicle was even loaded onto their vehicle. The whole process was straightforward, professional, and stress-free.
Tony dealt with our case and was friendly, helpful, and kept us informed throughout – such good customer service. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle collected. Excellent service all round.

Had a good initial offer online, but after a phone call the price was knocked down quite a bit by what they called the underwriters, which I wasn’t happy about. This meant the original online offer wasn’t really a guaranteed price as advertised.
However, I wanted the car gone as I already had another car and wasn’t getting much use out of the Land Rover.
I was paid a deposit and collection was arranged, although they arrived 2 hours later than the agreed time. They did keep me informed throughout, which was good. The collection driver was polite and friendly, and despite the delay the whole process was straightforward in the end.

Got a quote online in minutes and they held up the offer, no haggling when they arrived. My car was a non runner with scratches from a hit, they offered me a very fair price for the condition, a lot higher than any other company had quoted. Easy communication by phone and text. From the start of the process to the end this company has been an absolute pleasure to deal with,every query I had was answered ffextremely quickly and professionally.In our case the quote given was the amount we received,but I would say to any seller if you are accurate in your description of your vehicle you need not fear receiving an amended offer.When it came to collection and payment the process was professional with a driver who was courteous and at no time did we feel under any form of pressure,I don't often give reviews but I this case I am happy to do so due to the outstanding level of customer service we received .

Excellent service and communication all the way through . Tony gave clear instructions and was always happy to help. Price paid was the price offered, no hidden fees or haggling . Driver was slightly delayed collecting the car but was constantly in touch with updates .
