Support guided us through a straightforward domain ownership verification, confirmed the account and all saved translations were still intact, and updated the account email once verified.

Really awesome app. Only app I found to help me translate my thousands SKUs site without charging me per word or product, and still offering an SEO friendly solution. Their help desk is very friendly, helps you fast with settings and it is even proactive at checking things for you and fixing them if they notice any issues. Little to expensive

Every time I write to them about a problem on the website, they find a solution for me—10 out of 10.

GT Translate PREMIUM is a very powerful plugin enabling anyone to translate websites into a lange number of feoreign languages. I've highlited "premium" in capital letters because 90% of the traslation power is provided only to premium members enabling AI assisted translations, possibility of modifying texts language by language and last but nor least custom URLs which I've found are somehow mandatory.

Initial setup was easy but we had some minor issues which the support team was eager to help with and fix them promptly.

The tech support answered fast, but the underlying quality of the translations were bad.

In a title like “US Strikes Iran,” strike was translated in Spanish as “huelga”, that is labor or union-sponsored strikes.

My main problem was like 10,000 millions on Portuguese, it’d translate with words millions twice, in long article.

President Keiko Fujimori, a female president, was later referred as “el presidente” (a guy). That was clear in the beginning though, but GTranslate would not keep context for long.

I had to write and rewrite so the context was clear: “US bombs Iran” instead of “US Strikes Iran”. With so many rewritings in translatable friendly. It was not an automatic translation anymore.

I tried to cut a shortcut with automatic translations, and even though GT got tools to correct mistranslations, sometimes those “tools” would introduce new problems (for example, upper cases after a word or term you asked not to translate).

I paid one year in advance, but I could only use it for a few months. The worst thing was to retranslate using other WP translators. That was the real pain.

We've used GTranslate on a number of client websites. It's a great service, reasonably priced compared to competitors, and when needed their support is always responsive and quick to provide solutions.

GTranslate’s customer service was excellent. I reached out with a fairly technical issue involving translated WordPress pages, AJAX, and a nested Gravity Form. Their support team quickly identified the underlying problem as missing Nginx rewrite rules and provided clear instructions for fixing it. Once our developer added the recommended configuration, the Spanish form began working correctly. I really appreciated how specific and actionable their response was.
