Setup was a breeze and it has been smooth sailing since then. This is what a hosting service is supposed to be.

The worst service ever. I used it for a while, then they blocked the server. They started asking for personal information, accusing me of not communicating on my behalf, even though a technician had access to the server to fix the problem. They never unblocked me. A waste of time and money. I speak English, and they start answering in Ukrainian without even asking. They should ask and give me a choice of which language I want to speak.

It turned out to be a good idea for a staging server that we needed for 4 days. We paid $24 for 4 days for the whole server instead of paying for the whole month. Thank you for giving us such an opportunity. I wish I could pay in crypto.

Server delivery rocks, and I assume it is automated somehow because less than an hour for server delivery is fast indeed. However, the server that we've got was unmanaged, and we had to hire an admin to set it up. So the first month turned out to be more expensive than we expected. All in all, now everything has settled down, and the monthly fee is affordable.

If you can find any other server provider I would do so. these people turn servers off the day before they are due and they use stripe for payments and stripe denys almost everyones cards and the server company locks your account and your business is off line for hours. I am sick of these people and we will be finding servers some where else that knows how to treat their long term customers with respect.

The set of locations for VPS is really rich. The good thing is that there are no long-term contracts, and the price is unchangeable, unless I need a VPS for a couple of days. The speed of connection and uptime are right for me.

These people were very good in the beginning. now they are high and the server I have is always messed up on their end and what happens is we as a company have to bare the cost for a new server when they can not get it fixed. I started with like 5 servers and now do to 1. looks like today is the day I wash my hands with this company.THEY ALWAYS CHANGE THEIR POLICIES FOR THE WORST.

The main advantage is their quick server delivery. I don't think that there are humans behind this process, as everything looks automated. It doesn't matter. The hardest part is get somone to manage the server as these guys are reluctant to help with this.

Good selection of VPS server locations. I needed two locations in the US and one in Canada, and I got them all in one place. The only drawback is that these VPS servers are non-managed.

The time between placing an order (sending money) and receiving the server is 32 minutes. My previous hosting provider took longer to send the welcome email for an unmanaged VPS.

I checked several providers before stumbling upon GTHost when I was searching for an AMD EPYC server. Pricing is better than what other providers offer. Delivery time is measured in hours or minutes, not in days, as most providers do. The only issue is that the server is not managed by them, and we need either to manage it ourselves or hire a server admin.

We needed 4 servers in 4 different locations as a bridge solution during the tests. Opportunity to order a server for a few days and then re-activate it for monthly usage is very comfortable when you are in testing mode and unsure if a server will be used longer than a few days. The interface inside their control panel is easy to understand and master. Thank you for such comfortable conditions!

The ordering process is very simple and understandable. no long waiting. However, the machine itself needs someone with server management skills. This is a challenge.

Pros: I'm getting a server very fast (less tan 1 hour). Price.
Cons: It is unmanaged, and it is a pain for me to manage it.

The VPS is unmanaged; you're responsible for security updates, backups, etc. The service is a strong option if you want something delivered quickly and don't mind handling server management.

My 2 storage servers have been deployed quickly. About 20-25 mins each despite the fact that they are from different locations (one in Canada and another in the USA). The hardware specs are solid. Nice value for money.

I am literally running around the internet, bragging about this, it's too surreal.
I realize, quite often, some people think positives reviews on the internet are not coming from real customers, but I assure you, I am as real as they get. I live in Saskatchewan, Canada and I just purchased the lease on a dedicated server from GTHost late last night (after 3am). I have a lot of experiences with server hosts in the past and this is the first time I have ever experienced something go so smooth like it did. It was very surreal for me to encounter a system like theirs.
Since they boasted about dedicated servers being setup in 15 minutes, I literally timed it from when I hit the "complete purchase" stage. That was 3:34 am. Honestly, 8 minutes later, at 3:42am, I got an email, telling me, my server was all setup, including the root login access info. (I chose Debian linux). It;s been running for 19 hours now and, so far, not one glitch has happened.
All the reviews I read, previously were quite positive about uptime, so I am confident that I will be settled in with this hosting company for a long time.
Just an after edit to add here - By the way, this deciated server only cost me $76 +gst (CDN) per month. I was paying more than that at my last host for a lame VPS.

I like this opportunity to order a VPS when we need it as a staging server for the backend application deployment and testing. No delays, no issues.

Got a newsletter regarding AMD Ryzen and ordered this server. A good one in the Atlanta location. The server was delivered as fast as my previous servers. Thanks!
