Bad attitude and quality

1. Very bad communication
They arrived at our new house, where we didn't moved yet, earlier than the agreed time and they will leave if we don't come right away. It sounded like threatening. It was even worse because they originally said no to the time that they arrived.
Also, they asked us to pay in cash without tax and tried to do a black job. We refused it.

2. Bad quality
Our floor is even worse after they worked on. Although they claimes the floor was coated in three layers, it was sharp like raw wood. The previous condition was much better.
