G-Store good services.
I've asked Andrew Temmhoff to do 2 aircon jobs for me.
He has been very helpful and through in selection of the right equipment for me.
The installer he sent are also very good and friendly.
I did have a hot water system and a central heating installed by G-Store at another house. That job also went extremely well.

Selling out of stock items online just to hassle people
I wanted to get this Brivis wifi controller, I called up the store to check the availability and the guys confirmed it’s in stock hence I placed an order, online portal also showed its in stock else it wouldn’t let me place an order right? I get email next day that it’s out of stock and we are waiting for stock. 2 days later I get call that we are not getting any stock until November. What a joke !!

We appreciate your patience whilst we have investigated the matter.
On Monday 10th August, our sales team received your phone enquiry regarding whether the product was in stock. At the time of your call, we did indeed have stock on hand and we advised accordingly.
When placing your online order at 11:26pm that night, unfortunately the stock you requested had since been sold. As stock can move relatively quickly, unless an order is placed straight away, we have no control and guarantee over the stock availability.
Our supplier’s turnaround time for Brivis products is relatively quick, however due to the current COVID-19 climate, there have been some delays.
Whilst we appreciate your frustration, we can assure you that we did everything we could to get the product delivered sooner.

Fantastic Customer Service
Dion and Craig (the plumber) were absolutely fantastic in dealing with all my questions regarding the Reclaim Heat Pump Hot Water system and made the process from start to finish absolutely seamless.
The system itself has been installed and providing hot water within 20 minutes of turning on. It is absolutely perfect for families and I cannot thank the team enough for ensuring I have bought a system that should last me well into the '40s.
