My Garden Spaces K Render building is covered in ugly cracks. It appears to not stick properly to the building. Garden spaces tell me this is normal. They will not even come and look at it. The cracks are so bad in some places that fungus is growing out of them. For a sharp white modern garden building this is not a good look. No mesh or corner mouldings have been used, Garden spaces tell me they are not needed , K Render say they are? Biggest issue though is the total lack of customer focus and care. I get the impression with Garden spaces it’s all about the deal and getting paid. After that they just don’t want to know. Not a good experience at all I’m afraid and looks like I will have to get somebody else to put right their mistake as they refuse to telling me it’s perfectly ok, settling cracks etc. Trouble is the cracks let the weather in to the base structure and look awful. Absolutely awful , Joe is rude, arrogant and awful at his job!
Requested a fence to be put and the geezer just turned up when he wanted to despite agreeing to set days. He brought along a kid to “help” . When I asked Joe to wear a mask as my mum was in the house he smirked and said “I got vaccinated” and walked in with his helper laughing . Fence panel was loose after a few months , turns out Joe used the wrong panels!
If you’re in the Thornton Heath / south London area do not take this guy on, he is an absolute disgrace to trades men and anyone in services!

Needed a new garden fence erecting. I was given GSS through Fantastic Services. Initially things went well, except the contractors never turned up when they said they would. They would never let you know there was a problem with attending and I spent a lot of time emailing Alex (who was brilliant) for updates and chasing dates. The fence was due to take 3 days to erect. What they don't tell you is that it is 3 days over any length of time so it was after a number of weeks I had the work completed. I specifically asked the contractor on the final day if the fence was solid and if there would be any issues in high winds to which I was reassured there wouldn't be. 5 months later and 40mph winds the fence posts begin to wobble. I sent Alex a video of the issue and he told me Joe would come and fix it. On the day this was due to happen he never showed or called. I emailed for an update and was told he over ran and would attend the following day, but he didn't, so I emailed. Finally agreed on a date but he didn't show as the weather was not conducive to setting concrete. I emailed Alex about another day and now there is just silence. Their workmanship and willingness to proactively resolve issues or even acknowledge responses leaves little to be desired

These guys worked extremely hard and did an excellent job. They were unphased by rain, wind and dark afternoons and got the job done on time and to a superb standard

I recently had the rear of my garden levelled, a concrete shed base laid and the garden fence repaired. Alex from GSS who contacted me to discuss my requirements and make arrangements was always helpful and would respond quickly to any queries and concerns I had.

The team who visited to perform the work were polite and curteous. They worked quickly, made some helpful suggestions and made sure they left the garden tidy and clear of materials once the had finished.

I will definitely use this Company again for future projects I have in mind.

Exceeded expectations!
I needed a new fence installed in a London terraced house garden and the end result looks fantastic. They were professional, skilled and flexible. In these times, they had to quote by photo but kept to it even when there were some unforeseen issues and also very flexible when supply dates changed. But more importantly the job was finished to an exceptional level. Would use them again tomorrow!

Prompt and efficient service. Had planters installed on my front wall.

I had to have a small front garden wall rebuilt.
I accepted a quote from Garden Space Solutions. After paying the deposit, I was told that there was a possibility of the work being carried out earlier than the previously agreed.

So much to my delight the bricklayer came a day early.
He explained what the work entailed, also took the time to answer my questions.
All in all we are pleased with the wall and patience of the bricklayer who came.
