Can I give them zero stars?
Can I give them zero stars? I ordered something that was supposed to be delivered within a week. When it didn't show up or even ship, I informed them over WhatsApp that I needed to cancel the purchase as I was moving out of the country and would not longer be at the address. They said they would check on the status and then I got no reply (i.e. just outright stopped replying to messages). Then, I tried again a few weeks later (and after I had moved) and got a reply saying that they couldn't cancel it but they would try to figure out the status. Then, I again received no replies. I have asked for a refund on their official website as well and have received no response although the product was supposed to be recieved more than a month ago. Don't buy from this company!
