Costly & Disappointing
I applied for a position as an exam invigilator, as advertised by the company. After completing extensive online training—not covered at an hourly rate—and providing all required documentation, which I also funded, I was prepared to begin work. However, I was not offered any invigilator roles; instead, I was assigned to reading and scribing duties, which required further additional training. Additionally, I was not offered any placements within a 30-mile radius of my residence. Overall, I found the experience to be disappointing and not in line with the original expectations set out in the job advertisement.
