SCAM - Paid significantly more that what the ring is worth
My partner purchased an engagement ring in trust that he was being some something legit at the specification/grade they said it was.
I went to get the ring resized once we were home and it came back as not diamond. So I drove a long way to the Gemological Institute which this store told me to do to provide them with proof, I did this. The ring came back as real which we were delighted about but not the colour grade of diamond that they sold it to us. The ring is worth approximately £3k less than what my partner paid for it in Tenerife. I have had back and fourth WhatsApp’s with the store and they have gone back in what they have said and just repeatedly send me the same two images again and again saying we have provided proof.. I have an up to date certificate from the GI like they asked me to get and they are still not accepting their overcharging and will do nothing about what we have experienced. No gesture of good will, no apology, nothing. Please do not shop here or any of their stores in the area.

The First thing you Will see is that straff offers jewelry for approx -40% of the actual pricetag.
However since its you, right now they Can go Even 20% lower. DONT BELIEVE THIS!
Its BS and Even with a 60% discount this jewelry is not worth the money!

Excellent service from Jaya & Nari at the branch at Ritz Carlton in Tenerife. Jaya was so helpful when we were looking to purchase some jewellery. The bracelet needed adjusting and they organised for this to be done at super fast speed and no extra charge. Nari came in on Sunday especially to ensure we had the bracelet before we checked out of the hotel. Highly recommend and look forward to shopping in their lovely store when we return again to Tenerife. Excellent.

Jewellery purchase
We were looked after very well, Roberto couldn't have been anymore helpful without being too pushy. He was patient and didn't rush us into making the purchase. I am very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend them. We all enjoyed a glass of champagne as well, which was a nice touch.

Excellent service
Excellent service and always ready to help.
They altered my new ring until it was almost perfect (there's still a little edge, but I was on holidays in tenerife when I bought it and I had to leave so this is not their fault).
The ring is worth the money, I love it.
Though I still cannot find the engraving saying it's 750 gold.
