This by far the absolute worst company to deal with. Ordered a jersey never came. Said they issued a refund, never got that. Horrible company never order from them again. Scam- anyone who ordered from them contact your credit card or bank, you will open an investigation and they will refund your money while they review it.
1/12/23 - order placed for a sweatshirt for $54.98, never got an email with order number or tracking info.
2-2-23 - obtained order info from my credit card statement & emailed company for order# & tracking info
2-4-23 - company responded that my item was “lost in transit” & offered to send a replacement, I agreed.
2-6-23 - company acknowledged replacement request & estimated 2 weeks until delivery
2/27/23 - still no package or tracking info, I emailed them again & they responded same day that they are looking into it.
3/16/23 - I emailed again as I had no further response after they said they were “looking into it.”
3-17-23 - company responded that my item was lost in transit again & that a refund is being processed
4/11/23 - emailed company that refund has not appeared on my credit card
4-12-23 - company says refund was processed by then & they “regret that we are unable to support you further in this matter.”
Out $54.98 & full of stress & disappointment. Will never do business with this company again.
Awful customer service. Ordered a comforter a month ago and still have not received it. I have reached out to customer service repeatedly through email and through all of their social media and I have gotten no response. Their phone number is disconnected. I would give them less than zero if it were an option. I'm out almost $100 on a Xmas gift for my husband. Very angry and disappointed.
I ordered two pairs of tights and found the quality was very poor for the price. The fit is not correct on either of the pairs I ordered. They sell cheap, low quality products at a high price. There is no way to return them based on their return policy. I would not purchase from this seller.
