I’m still missing a packet of red…

I’m still missing a packet of red begonia bulbs. I have emailed about this about a week ago. I received a reply saying it would be sent the next day but I still haven’t heard anything more .
A real shame because normally would give 5 stars.

I thought the plants would arrive in…

I thought the plants would arrive in pots ,so I was amazed when the plants came in a cardboard box to my surprise they were in good condition ,but the next morning I had to dash out get flower pots and compost ,and they are doing very well .thankyou .

Plants good, customer service less so

Plants were well grown and packed and have settled in well. One star deducted for non-existent customer service: wanted to know which John Innes compost would be best, rang/cut off, rang/left message, left chat message - never any reply.

Plants arrived well packed and in very good condition. Have left them a few days before potting on. They are healthy and splendid. I appreciate the accompanied instructions.
