Anthony and GLC did a great job for me with the M60 Rosin bomb. It shipped on a Sunday, when most other sellers couldn't get inventory. It showed up on Thursday, and by that night I had 15g of fresh smash. System works great as expected and I got great price, too. I'll be doing more business with them.

So far service has been good and accurate. However the press sometimes is not responding to lowering the heat pad sometimes. It’s a serious safety hazard. Should I return this item? I have to unplug and plug back in to work sometimes. If my finger ever gets caught in it my finger will get destroyed. Am I missing something? Manufacturing defect

I haven’t used the light yet but did install it ant turned on, it’s bright ! The looks and feel of the lamp is awesome! Extremely well built. The price was the lowest I’ve seen. Purchased an ROI E720 - great light.

Only problems - light came with no owner's manual, no warranty information.
Upon e-mailing you requesting this information to be sent to me I was offered an pdf , weblink or whatever you call to reference whenever I wanted information concerning my light , and no warranty information.

I replied to that e-mail explaining I wanted what I paid for ( physical owner's manual) and again warranty information .. Instead I was called by "tony" , - I don't want to talk to anyone - I want just what I paid for.

I sent another e-mail explaining I prefer e-mail communication - again I was called by "tony" -- Guess he missed "the customer is always right" in customer service class ..

I had to resort to e-mailing the manufacurer and in ONE e-mail had what I wanted..
