customer service office, but when i ask " do You speak english " the women respond " no " and just hung up on me on the phone.

I've ordered several times from this company and have not been let down! Quick responses and delivery. Well I have to wait a few days but that's not due to them, they ship almost immediately after ordering. Also I placed a decent order and didn't have a discount code but asked politely if I could get a discount after already paying (in the comments section too!). What did they do you ask? They applied a discount and sent euro back to my bank! In what world I ask you? They didn't give me a store credit, they gave me my cash back! Simply wonderful to deal with after several difficult situations with other suppliers.... I will definitely be buying from them again 🙂
