Order not fulfilled after 9 days!

Placed on order on 1/8/14. Did not receive any communication other than a confirmation of my order from hello at growinglabs.com Chat with company clerk: Order has not shipped. Bad weather in this part of the country.
Complained about total absence of communication. If bad weather delay communicate to your customers. They ended up canceling my order! Bought same item on Zoro.com. Stay away from this totally unreliable company.

Hi Philippe Houze, (not Chris Dontknow - cause we Dontknowhim)

First, we’re truly sorry the timing of this order was frustrating for you.

That week, both our office and the manufacturer were shut down due to a significant snowstorm but it wasn't 1/8/14 cause that would've been a serious delay - it was 1/8/25.

You’re absolutely right about one thing: we could have communicated the delay more proactively. That’s fair criticism, and we’ve since tightened up our weather-delay notifications so customers aren’t left wondering whether their equipment is coming by sled.

As soon as you contacted us, we confirmed the manufacturer closure and immediately issued a full refund - no fees, no back-and-forth, no drama. We understand you needed the equipment quickly, and we respect your decision to purchase elsewhere.

We’re a small business and occasionally even valuable lab equipment gets snowed in.

Wishing you smooth shipping and clear skies ahead.
