I strongly advise anyone considering working with Growi Agency to think twice. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. They painted a very polished image online, but once payment was sent, everything changed.

They pressured me to pay through Zelle, which should have been the first warning sign, since it offers no protection. After payment, communication dropped off almost entirely. No updates, no deliverables, and no willingness to answer questions. When I pressed for clarification, I was met with vague excuses and eventually complete silence.

The “team” they promote across their profiles does not appear legitimate most of the accounts seem fabricated or AI-driven, all connected only to make the company look credible. In reality, there was no real service, no follow-through, and no accountability.

This is not just poor business it feels like a deliberate scam operation. Don’t fall for the professional façade or flashy website. If you value your time and money, avoid Growi Agency altogether.
