My go to source for baby gifts

I have bought on several occasions from this company & have always been delighted with the quality of the items/ variety of designs eco friendly packaging & good communication from the company keeping me up to date on delivery times etc.
Delivery is usually very swift , took longer following Black Friday Sales, but being a small company with & very personal touch no complaints from me!

Customer support has been second to…

Customer support has been second to none with a delivery issue. Genuinely caring and commitment to resolve at a personal level. A breath of fresh air compare to lots of companies. The items I ordered were excellent quality and did not disappoint, beautifully packed also. Highly recommend their products and company ethics.

Lovely good quality eco friendly clothes.
The patterns are great and just that little bit different!

Terrible!

Not surprised by the many many terrible reviews on this page as I have also had a similar experience. They clearly then panic after seeing such reviews and get people to amend and edit. I did get a refund on my items after threatening legal action but it took me a month and a half to do so, the founder is also quite simply the rudest man I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with and I’m not surprised at all that his company is a sinking ship. I have bought from many companies this festive period and all of them have been competent and communicated well - why should GrowGrows be exempt from providing the same service?

Items not received and poor communication

I placed an order on 11th December. Received an email to say the items are guaranteed Christmas delivery. I emailed to chase and was told they were at Manchester airport and will be dispatch that afternoon (22nd December). Still no items and no replies to my emails. Unfortunatly this looks like a common issue. Currently they still have taken my money and have not delivered the products I have paid for.

I have had a response to my emails; with an apology, a refund for the missing item and some goodwill store credit. I think there are some lessons learned here for the company on a business period for them. However, I am satisfied that they have rectified their mistakes and apologised. They do, however, need to address their customer service issues as I think that would have hugely helped their current review status.

Update on 2nd January 2026. No response to any of my emails and no sign of my missing item! Essentially, this is theft as they have my money but have not sent me the item!

I placed an order on 3rd December which didn’t show any items on back order, however a week passed and there was no sign of this order so I emailed and was told they were on back order and would be sent 15th December. That date came and went and still no order so I had to chase them again. I emailed 19th December as still no update and this order had Christmas items in which were going to be useless now. I emailed again 20th and got a reply saying the items were at Manchester airport and would be dispatched on the Monday for delivery 23rd Tuesday. I did receive my parcel however there is one item missing, it wasn’t included on the dispatch email and it isn’t in the box. I’ve sent around 10 emails since and had zero response, no explanation for the missing item and no sign of a refund for it. Appalling service and I’m very disappointed

Avoid!

I placed my order on the 29th November. I then received an email to say that some of the items are on back order (this wasn't clear at all when ordering) and the order would be shipped on or before 8th December. They have my money yet I still haven't received my order, I've had zero updates and I've sent 2 emails which have both been ignored.

This is terrible customer service, particularly at Christmas time when people are buying gifts.

Avoid this company at all costs, it really isn't worth the stress.

Grow Grows company

Was very skeptical if I would see my ordered goods in time for Christmas.

Finally after 6 week wait, my items have arrived on Christmas Eve.
I have to say they look lovely and I look forward to seeing my grandson in his new baby grows.

It there was the option for 0 stars that's what I would leave them.

Ordered two items on the 15th November.
I did not realise at the time but one item was on back order due to be dispatched on the 1st December. I however waited patiently for the product's.

During that period my daughter outgrew her sleep suits and so I emailed to request a refund and explained my situation. Also mentioning in the email that it has been a long time and the items should of been dispatched as I emailed them on the 28th November.

I had no response from the company so I messaged them on Instagram. I eventually received a reply saying they would cancel the order and I would have a refund within 3-5 working days. We are now on day 11 (working days) and still no refund in my account. I have again reached out the the company and they have replied but only half of a message just apologising.
I do not want an apology, I want my money back as currently they have the product and my money.

I did my research before purchasing from this company as I am weary of scammers and they seemed legitimate. However now I am beginning to wonder if they are eon fact a legitimate company.

Terrible customer service, terrible refund policy, terrible system that does not explain back orders. Overall a extremely disappointing and frustrating experience and will be avoiding and telling others to avoid. Just hoping I get my money back one way or another.

Still not received any of my items despite the email assurance from Co founder telling me that they weee splitting my order as one item was on back order… No goods received.
**Ordered over 5 weeks ago as meant to be a Christmas present** paid over £50 for a few goods.

I am bitterly disappointed and have requested a FULL refund for all of my order.
I will not be ordering again from this company.

Good product not great customer support

A little less disappointed

I’m very confused as I placed an order 11.11 25 for three baby grows.
When I chased delivery a week later I was told these were on back order.
When I placed the order the main page said some sizes were on back order but on ordering this wasn’t flagged up on the sizes I’d ordered so I didn’t think I was affected. Eventually received a response saying it had been stated my order contained some back ordered baby grows. This was definitely not clear. I was told they would be dispatched on or before 1.12
Here we are now 9.12 and no sign of this order. Especially disappointing as this was a first order and I had placed it based on the stated dispatch of 1-2 days.
No response from GG for more than a week despite a couple of messages from
Me.

Update: I have now had a message explaining why my order is delayed.
Thankyou for that. I do understand that GG is a small company and these things happen. Looking forward to receiving the items soon.

Never received my order or reply

My order #GG2517501 was placed on 8 November, and still has not been dispatched as I am writing this review on 5 December. After ordering, I received an email stating that the order “contains one or more items currently on back-order, as shown on the product page.” This information was not at all clear at the time of ordering. Back-order details should have been displayed prominently BEFORE checkout— not hidden beneath the “Add to Cart” button or worded vaguely as affecting “some sizes” without specifying whether the items in MY basket were impacted. This is very poor communication.

The back-order email also stated that my order would ship on or before Monday 1 December. It is now EOD Friday 5 December, and I have received no dispatch notification, no updates, and no reply to my email which I sent two days ago —only multiple marketing emails encouraging further purchases. It is difficult to consider ordering from you again when the current order has taken nearly a full month and still has not been fulfilled.

The Christmas themed items were intended for children to enjoy in the run-up to Christmas. If the order was to ship now, they would have just 2-3 weeks AT BEST to wear them ahead of the celebrations, rendering this order absolutely useless. Delays of this length also risk smaller children outgrowing the sizes before the package even arrives.

What was meant to be a thoughtful gift is in danger of becoming a last-minute scramble to find alternatives presents for four different children. Needless to say, my experience with this order has been extremely disappointing.

No update regarding the delay to my order, no answer to my email, no customer service. Given I am not the only one to be caught up in this lack of care for your customers, this seems to reflect your standard level of customer service, i.e. none. Just terrible. Absolutely to be avoided.

Not worth the money high street versions available and wash better

Liked the look of these and bought for my grandson however as they were so expensive my daughter didn’t want to tell me how disappointed she was until I offered to buy more she washed inside out at 30 g
Degrees non biological liquid they faded and bobbled she said cheap high street equivalent were better late review in terms of purchase as I bought mixed age ones to last a year
I would post photos as evidence however no option to do so
