They were super quick. It took only two days for the parcel from my order to arrive at my doorsteps. The lamp it self seems to work fine. My plants are already growing into the direction of the lamp. It hasn’t been longer than a week. I only wish they would have a bigger variety in Germany. The only thing they sell is the bulb. The British shop offers way more 😊.

Great product, simple design , using it for light in a dark corner of our room as well as supporting the plants, means we can put the plants anywhere. Shipped and delivered very quickly. Recommend.

I bought a lamp stand, bulb, timer plug and water guage. They were all so great, I bought them all again! When their products are out of stock they seem to come back in again quickly enough. Lidra was especially helpful in customer services. Happy to recommend this company. Very happy with my purchaes.

So easy to install. Instructions are clear. Once setup the coverage of the bulbs are amazing. Easy to use and intuitive way of keeping plants happy in dark corners during the winter months. 10/10!

I registered for their affiliate program through the official sign-up form they provided. After generating valid, policy-compliant sales and waiting beyond the required holding period, I still did not receive any commission payments.

I contacted them multiple times by email, but the responses were slow, unclear, and unhelpful. They claimed the program was “invite-only,” even though this was not communicated clearly during registration. Leaving the registration form open to everyone and then refusing to pay commissions later creates a very non-transparent experience.

I did not violate any policies and fully complied with the terms, yet the process became difficult, and the valid commissions were denied without a fair explanation. I am writing this review to warn others who may be considering joining their affiliate program and to highlight the lack of transparency in the way they operate.

After spending ages looking at different lights for my plants I settled on the Pianta grow bulb with the clamp on bulb holder. It arrived quickly and well packaged, and setup was very simple. The quality of the bulb and fitting is excellent; immediately I could see that this is far better than lights I'd tried previously. Looking forward to seeing how my plants respond to it, but so far I'm very happy with choosing Grow Gang.

Better than I could ever believe, I bought a young. Lemon tree and the growth has been spectacular. I’ve also used it for flower fruit and veg seeds which made them stronger and a month ahead. I highly recommend them.

The products are good quality, the lights really do help plant growth and health. And they are a good company to deal with, I had a few questions about a couple of products which were answered promptly and comprehensively by their customer relations persons.

These bulbs are seriously great, and my plants are thriving under their light. Moreover, I can sit in my living room (where I have several of the bulbs in place) and my eyes are perfectly comfortable with no strain. None of that weird pink light that you get from other bulbs. Ultimately, my plants are throwing off new growth left, right and centre, and I couldn't be happier. I have had some of my bulbs for over a year now, and have had no issues with any of them (for context I have 16 bulbs in total). Delivery also great, I did get a white bulb instead of black in my last order, but its not a huge deal and I never bothered reporting it.

I live in a ground floor flat with very low light. I've tried grow lights in the past and nothing has really thrived in the space. But these have been brilliant. So much so that I've now bought 5 bulbs to go through the flat so it can become a plant haven. The timer plugs also have made it so easy, and I have a couple of lamps plugged into one timer.

Really good quality product (Pianta grow light) and quick service. Well worth it if you love your plants 🪴👌

This is my third purchase and in my opinion the quality and output of the lights is superior! They look better than competitors and their service is exceptional!

Fast delivery. Lamp was bought to replace a few smaller grow lights and had an immediate improvement in the plants under it. We have bought a second lamp and will soon be adding a third for the different rooms we have growing plants in.

Love, love, love Pianta grow lamps from Grow Gang, I have purchased several for around my home, always quick delivery. I recently purchased smart plugs too, however dropped one star as they currently do not sell lamp holders or smart plugs to control my dimmable Pianta lamps. Contacted customer service to point out opportunity of new product!

The customer service team are amazing at Grow Gang. Lidra sorted my issue within the day and thanks to the 2-year warranty they offer it was completely free! Would (and have) recommend to all friends and family :)

A trustworthy company to do business with !

Grow gang was great when contacted about problems and returns and thinking about ways to make the products work for me. I was sad that the size and weight of the bulbs (which I had not checked/measured) were too big/heavy for all of my light fixtures, so to use them properly would have meant a big change I wasn’t prepared for. I have not had the chance to put up the one I kept yet, but I am hopeful for it!

I discovered GrowGang in a plant shop and it instantly solved my issue of sun light and lighting in my rooms of my beloved indoor plants. Previously they struggled and now they are thriving.
I bought the clip and bulbs and easy to clip on something to position it above my plants. (Don't buy a cheap clip elsewhere as won't support the weight of the bulbs).
Now I've been back to buy the lamp stand.

Great service and products! Bit more expensive but worth it as the bulbs are far better and reliable unlike cheaper versions. My plants love their GROW Gang bulb!!!!
