Thank you for explaining this. Your costumer service is very good and respectful.
They were using the name of shein for providing mystery box from shein for $9 with so many good comments on their post until I saw automatic transactions from my bank account but balance showed only the latest transaction. Their deductions weren't showing on last deduction but when I went to transaction record there were numerous transactions that I had no idea about. All this happened in a matter of 15 minutes, complete theives.
These people are honestly thieves. They say that there terms and conditions state that should you purchase an item on discount through them or their associates that you then automatically agree to accept their membership - which comes at additional fees. I never agreed to this and honestly: who reads the terms and conditions when promted?! They are thieves as the trick you in this manner and then automatically start to deduct membership fees from your credit card that you used for the initial purchase. I never wanted to become a member nor did I agree to membership fees being paid to them. They even deducted "membership" fees from my account AFTER I contacted them to cancel this alleged membership. I had to cancel my credit card as they just kept putting fees through - this while I told them in writing that I do not agree to these charges. They cleverly hide this "trick" to charge you fees. My suggestion - should you see their name - stop from doing any transaction as any discount you initially receive on a deal will be recouped by them in membership fees. Any dealings with them will end up costing you money you never agreed to. Stay away from them! Thieves...
I reacted to an offer on Facebook for taking part in a survey that allows you to purchase a bundle of Lindt products for R36,00. After I completed the survey and subsequent discounted purchase, their company's details popped up on my banking app. I then received an email from then that said:"Your Subscription Plan Change Is Confirmed

New Status: Starter Mini Membership" I immediately clicked on the "Support" link in the email and demanded a refund via the webform. On the 16th, after having not heard anything back from them, I sent another demand for a refund via their webform. Later on the same day, I received a response from Paula, Escalation Team Management, saying that she decided to refund my money, against their refund policy, but I must first rate her service on Trustpilot as follows: "A simple comment like “Good escalation support” or 'Great work by escalation team' along with a 4 or 5-star rating would be greatly appreciated." I replied that I would do that after she refunded me. Today I again received a message from her, stating: "Your subscription has been cancelled. I am ready to process your refund as soon as possible and i need your assistance to finalize this.
Upon checking on Trustpilot, you have not posted your review on trust pilot. This review is about my service as an Escalation representative and also serves as proof to my supervisor that i have communicated with you and is finalizing your refund." This means that I am bullied into posting a good review in exchange for my refund.
Ann is in touch and helping to resolve the issue. The issue is being handled she said she will get back to me with regards to my refund
