Pretty nice spread they have!
Purchased a Groupon for 4 people and enjoyed the place. Food is good and has a nice variety. Service is a bit slow and the place is not as attractive as some other restaurant in the area but overall it was a good experience. Also they are closed on Mondays even it says they are open on Groupon site. Recommend !

Items ordered, but not delivered.
Initially I ordered something from Groupon Italian and it was ok. I then ordered a couple of other things from this service but this time they have never been delivered. I contacted its service. Its staff was nice, and the money was credited to my Groupon account, not to my credit card, so I used that money to buy other things of Groupon Italian again. Up to now, after one month, all of these items still have not been delivered yet (they should be delivered within 15 days as Groupon says).

bad transport courier don't buy from the section shopping
I'have had several bad experiences with the section shopping.... the transport courier doesn't call before coming, they just come and if you are not at home you have to go and get the items by their offices 15 km away from your home... awful service called Nexive

Hopeless
I bought a necklace/earrings/bracelet set on 7th December as a Christmas present. Delivery should have taken 10 working days but as no tracking number was provided it was impossible to know where the gift was. A couple of days before Christmas it still hadn't arrived so I tried to contact customer services and found that the call centre number only allowed me to listen to a series of recorded messages, none of which answered my question. I sent an email which was answered quite promptly but which didn't give me any specific information. A few days after Christmas I cancelled the order and found that the amount had been credited to my Groupon account. To be fair, the amount was then credited to my debit card after I complained but I feel I was let down very badly by the poor customer service. I will never use this company again.
