Bad experience with group on and sultan equestrian club I will never use it again

Two lots of offers purchased. One still in dispute, awaiting feedback / refund.
Despite using AI agent chat and live chat issues remains unresolved.

Your conduct is completely unacceptable and highly misleading.

It is your clear legal obligation as the trader and intermediary to fully disclose all material restrictions, booking limitations, excluded times, and usage conditions before accepting payment from customers. Failing to do so is deceptive business practice.

Had these severe restrictions been transparently disclosed in advance — namely that bookings are restricted to limited morning hours before 12 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays, with extremely limited actual availability — I would never have purchased this package in the first place.

Instead, payment was collected under misleading representations, while the service provided in reality is materially different from what was advertised and sold. A customer cannot be expected to pay for a service that is practically unusable due to excessive hidden restrictions that only become apparent after payment has already been processed.

You cannot market and sell an offer under one impression and then impose substantial undisclosed limitations afterward. The responsibility lies entirely with you as the seller and intermediary.

Should this matter not be resolved immediately with a full refund within the next 7 days, we will proceed without hesitation by filing formal complaints with the relevant consumer protection and regulatory authorities in Dubai for misleading and deceptive commercial practices.

The website is very organized, prices looks too cheap but I gave it a try, got my desired code in less than 5 minutes by email and it worked like a charm. When i needed support, I emailed them and got a dedicated support agent to help me solve my issue with my code, an excellent experience. A++ and very recommended.

Booked a Sushi meal at Sushi Akai Bara - ibis Styles Dubai Jumeira. Made a reservation on Wednesday for Saturday dinner. Akai Bara doesn't exist in IBIS Styles hotel!!! Its a cloud kitchen inside a section called Street Cafe.
On reaching the venue, was told sushi dinners are not available on Saturday. After showing the reservation, I was taken to a table and asked to place my entire order immediately.
Filthy place with tables of half eaten food. Dubai Municipality needs to shut this place down! Worst experience ever.

I booked a cleaning session through Groupon and only found out on the day of my appointment that the service had been temporarily stopped. There was no prior communication, I had to reach out myself to understand what was going on.

Since then, it’s been 10 days with no resolution. Groupon does not provide any direct customer care contact (no email or phone), only a chatbot that gives repeated automated responses which do not address the issue. I have received no refund, no follow-up, and no meaningful support.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this vendor. More importantly, I would seriously reconsider using Groupon altogether due to the lack of accessible customer service and accountability when issues arise.

Groupon Dubai seems to be assisting merchants to scam clients.

They are very aware of their members scams online and continue to allow those members to list on their platforms and deceive and defraud clients, inadvertently making them party to the same .

Stay away from Groupon , you will not save , you will only lose money in these SCAMS...

The Groupon offer advertises for "For one: overnight desert safari with centralised pick-up" with Desert King and that's the service I paid for only to find out later that "overnight" was not available but that they could offer evening. I asked that they should take down the Groupon offer and replace with the correct information but they were not willing to do so. In essence, they are knowingly charging for a service they do not intend to offer. Out of despair, I took the offer and went there with my family. Every step of the way made it clear to me that this is a vastly organized scam. The 'free' services included in the package were either badly done or not done at all. Instead, the company's agents aggressively push you to buy services and stuff you don't need. for instance, to but food and drinks while waiting for the buffet to be served. People would constantly harass you to pay for a camel ride different from the free option, to pay for 'VIP' treatment etc. e went to enjoy the desert and enjoy the sunset. Instead, you were subjected to an exhausting ballet of sales. The only thing that was well done was the entertainment with the male dancers and the belly dancer. I do NOT recommend and I request that Groupon verifies that people actually offer the service they sell on their platform.

Groupon is a real deal, they deliver what they promise right away, highly recommended.

I bought a groupon from Al Razi General maintenance contracting, movers, which didn't serve me anything, I've send them the photos of the furniture and Informed them 1st floor and no elevator we agreed on 1800dhs, the day I was moving, midday they said they need another truck for 500+ i had no choice but to agree and then they charged 100 extra for using the stairs (which theyvknow about it from the beginning). When I tried very politely to reason with them that they should give proper estimation from the beginning the guy become super defensive, started shouting and talking constantly non stop so he doesn't allow me to talk, super rude and impolite and didn't mark my voucher as redeemed so I won't be able to write a review. Spoke to groupon but they didn't do anything about it not even Mark the groupon as redeemed.
