I contacted them, and sent pictures of the damages. Then nothing... zero response from them.

Unsustainable company is drop shipping filters from france to other countries. Price is very high and super unsustainable business practice. There are local shops that sell it way cheaper online. Make it very hard to get a refund. I already told Bol that I don't want dropshipping and they continue to allow it...Bol is becoming more and more like amazon and ali

Quick delivery and part works great
I bought a part for my old dometic campervan fridge while I was travelling in France. I had it delivered to a Colissimo relay point. Delivery was fast and the part was exactly what I ordered and works perfect.
