Your products are often useful and deliveries are on-time.

These guys won't unsubscribe me. They don't have an unsubscribe method and they have horrible customer service.

The ordered products were neve delivered, the update on the status took over a week to be finally cancelled as not available. The one star rating is however due to Group Deal scamming activity which is offering 5 euro discount on first order in return for subscription to newsletter which are then deduced from the value to be reimbursed(!!!), regardless of a fact that another product in the same order was delivered and a rule clearly says it's 5 euros discount per order, it should be applied on the value of the order delivered. So I paid 70Euros for carpets, received back 4 eur less. Wrote a message to GroupDeal, no response after almost two weeks.

After 3 weeks I phoned with group deal. Order should be sent at 18-01-24 but nog sign of delivery. After 20 minutes waiting stil no answer from client services group deal.

The software was never received and Groupdeal never replied my email. Already reported to the bank, need to report to police.

2 months to deliver, and it said next day, never again, and i will make sure all my friends and family wont also,
and im also making a blog and a facebook page to make sure ppl know how bad u guys are.

The product design has not been done considering the job that it needs to do. The two plastic bushes that are used in fixing the vertical bar on the top are not long enough to properly secure the bars. I cannot therefore use the top two racks to dry the clothes because the weight of the clothes is just too much for these bushes ti handle.

I got no information from Groupdeal even after the expected shipping date had passed, and when I called them, they apparently got in touch with the seller and the seller promised to send the shipment. I got no tracking number from Groupdeal, and when I called them more than a week later, they inform me that the seller is not able to send the shipment to me, and they have to cancel my order. I later noticed that the seller has started selling his item elsewhere at a price 200 euros higher than what he was selling on Groupdeal. Though I can't quite hold what the seller did with the Groupdeal company, I expected them to provide regular updates and not make me call them again and again and again!

I am obviously very unhappy with my purchase. It was delivered without an essential part ( the stand for this lamp) and the item can therefore not be used at all! I spoke to one of your representatives who told me that she had had the same complaint from other customers. I haven't heard nor received anything since.
I expect full reimbursement in the shortest possible delay.
In addition, I would had expected a multilingual relation with your organisation that seems to be entirely geared towards dutch-speaking customers. English (not my personal mother tongue, by the way) should be available to all nowadays.
Please let me have my money back soonest.

I had ordered a coat of a bigger size than I would normally so that I could wear a thick jumper under it.
When it arrived, I could not even fasten it up, it was far too small.
When I tried to return it, I went to web site for instruction, it said the return information was in the package, it was not there,
No return address seems to be available, and I have received no reply to my email requesting an address to return to.

Worse experience ever. It took about a month, with multiple calls, emails and messages on messenger to make them acknowledge that i paid the order and other week to send the product. The customer service is appalling and has no interest to solve the issue.
