I’ve been waiting since April 2022 for 4 years for $60 in interest. Foreclosure supposedly happened 2 years ago and now it’s a short sale. This company is a joke of epic proportions

This company seems to be a scam now by providing misleading descriptions of the loans. Basically 90% of the loans can not be paid as scheduled, and more than 1/3 or even more loans will be default... See more

At Groundfloor, we believe investing should be open to everyone, not just the wealthy or well-connected. Since 2013, we’ve been helping everyday people put their money to work through short-term, real estate-backed investments that typically deliver around 10% annualized returns. We were the first company qualified by the SEC to offer direct real estate debt investments to both accredited and non-accredited investors. That means whether you are just starting out or have years of experience, you can invest with the same transparency and control. So far, more than 270,000 people have joined us, funding thousands of renovation and construction projects across the country. Along the way, we’ve been honored with awards like the Forbes Fintech 50 and a spot on the Inc. 5000 list six years in a row. Our mission is simple: remove barriers, create opportunity, and help you build wealth on your own terms.

This company communicates brilliantly and continues to push for progress and improvement. I have been involved for several years and am amazed by leaderships continued drive for excellence.
Love the website, allows to save money while making money, very simple and worth it!
Suggestions to upper management for improving the investor experience tend to go unanswered.
Investor feedback helps companies create the best customer experience; what’s more, collecting customer feedback shows investors that their opinions are valued.
Furthermore, all investors are not created equal. Obviously, Groundfloor caters to the Passive investor who doesn’t have the time to perform extensive due diligence on the many loan offerings presented regularly. For these investors, the passive strategy works well. For others, a more complex analysis may be desired. I proposed such a suggestion to upper management; it was never acknowledged.
How can a company rationalize the shoddy treatment of its current investors?
The behavior of corporations toward its bread-and-butter constituency is a national shame, unbecoming a country that leads the pack in many other aspects of business practice.
Investor feedback should be treated as a golden opportunity to better understand what is of importance to those who place their dollars within the coffers of a company.
For a company wholly dependent on technology for its existence, responding quickly or automatically to all inquiries and suggestions would seem to be a no-brainer and simply good business sense!
I have been with Ground-floor since last October, it is an excellent option if you want a balanced portfolio, I also used their Stairs option for a more liquid savings option. Great rates, auto-investing within your perimeters, and easy to use. I recommend Ground floor and Stairs 100%.
This is an amazing opportunity that I believe everyone should take advantage of.
I am a big fan of Groundfloor. One thing that could be improved is the way the updates on LROs are communicated. We have to individually go to each LRO and click on it to see updates (if any), which are posted at random times, and are not very helpful (i.e., it doesn't necessarily tell us the expected repayment date, or explain how long a foreclosure might take etc...). I wish updates were more easily visible so we don't have to go click and take a chance for each LRO and more explanatory for real estate rookie investors.
Groundfloor has been a great experience for me. The results match their predictions in most cases.
Easy Peasy method of investing. Easy to find investments for your personal tolerance of risk level. Convenient method of investing in regular ( Payday ) basis.... Amazing how quickly the funds adds up creating a real portfolio. The platform is easy to navigate..
Highly recommend
Return on investment has been bar none the best use of my investment dollars!! Thank you Groundfloor for allowing me to invest in real estate so effortlessly with a great trustworthy company!
If you have a spare or extra dollar this is the best place to invest better than bank, I started not even a year I have seen returns on my mone
I have invested in Groundfloor for a little over a year. In that time I averaged between 11-12% return on my investment. As yet I have not invested in a unit that has gone through foreclosure, but it will happen sooner or later, which is why Groundfloor strongly encourages you to invest smaller amounts into many loans. One thing to note is that a loan may go longer or shorter than the time stated in the loan. You still get the interest the whole time, so not a huge concern for me. If you have savings in a bank drawing pennies a year in interest, this should be something you look into as a part of your investment portfolio.
Although I have only seen small returns, it is because I have only made small investments; however, I have never LOST money with Groundfloor. As i increase my level of monetary investment I expect to see larger gains. And as I begin to see larger gains, I can reinvest the money in stocks to see revenue grow even more. Groundfloor is a great tool for investing in real estate. 👏
Real-estate investing made easy.
Web portal is simple even with multiple accounts.
The Investment Wizard gives you your time back by not having to plug in all the criteria you wish to filter through.
A fantastic investment vehicle with decent returns.
Recently, I had to make changes to my Groundfloor account. I emailed my requests and promptly received a phone call. They gathered the necessary information and handled the issue quickly. Working with Groundfloor is easy and profitable.
Groundfloor offers an innovative way to invest in real estate loans. I have been investing through their platform for nearly two years. I have invested in both notes and LROs. While I have not lost money on any investment, I find that over time the quality of the investments seems to be declining. Currently, over 90 percent of my investments are in the 'extended' or 'default' categories. Some of them have been extended for many months. Groundfloor seems to be slow in resolving some of these outstanding situations. With rising interest rates I am concerned that some may go into default and lose money.
Ive been using GroundFloor for more than two years and it has become a great vehicle to drive my household to further wealth!
I am a new Groundfloor investor, and so far I have had a good experience. some suggestions for the portal are:
* To have the ability to export the available loans
* To show the time remining or maturity date in the loan page
* To be able to filter by borrower (in the wizard) but this can be achieved if the export is available
*to be able to export/see historic data (paid or otherwise loans)
