I found exactly what I wanted at Grooves

I was trying to find some special film for my 3d camera. I had been unable to find it until I came across Grooves.com. They had it in stock! They shipped it to me in time for my trip to Egypt. I am excited about getting 3d images of the pyramids and other architectural wonders, thanks to Grooves!

Scam Site - Do Not Buy From

I purchased a new PC motherboard and they shipped me a used one. I immediately emailed customer service and they claimed, based on my pictures, that it was damaged in shipping. I don't know how you deduce that from images, especially when it was clearly previously used (all protective film removed and M.2 impressions in the thermal tape). The CS rep wanted me to take it to the post office and have them declare it was damaged in shipping and then they would work with me. He essentially told me to commit insurance fraud or they wouldn't help me.
I have been dealing with this issue for over two months already and it is still not resolved. I sent the motherboard back with a note to cancel my contract for a refund (it clearly states you have 30 days to do so). It was sent nearly a month ago and they still haven't received it.
This is an extremely shady, unreliable company to do business with. Being in the US and they are based in Germany, I have no direct access and can only communicate through email. Their CS reps are trained to make issues the buyers problem. I am now out over $400, have no motherboard and I expect that will be the final result.

Grooves Land Records and me

I ordered "Sir Douglas Quintet
The Complete Mercury Recordings (5CD Box)" from Grooves.Land Records. The price was interesting. It took some time for delivery, but at last, the boxset is here. I am very satisfied and recommend this seller.

GroovesLand has stolen me

I bought a CD for 55.6 euros, and they never shipped the product. After a month, I inquired, and they told me they were out of stock and would restock soon, but it's been over 3 months without any news. I demanded a refund, and they only refunded me 44.10 euros. That means GrovedLand stole 11.5 euros from me. They're such scoundrels. It was supposed to be my first purchase from that website, but it's not any more, and I don't recommend it.

2 Stars because the item actually arrived - eventually

This is a very strange company to deal with and although I'm very happy with my purchase, it turned up today, I'm not entirely sure that I would use them again for the following reasons.

The company claim to waive shipping charges for items over £25.31. My item was in the region of £35.00 but they still charged for delivery. It wasn't much, around £2.50 so I didn't mind, but to maintain trust with your customers you should adhere to the claims you are making.

When ordering my item it said on the website that the item was in stock and would take 3-7 workdays for delivery. OK I can live with that. But after day 7 the shipping date changed to a day or two later. On day 9 it had changed again. When I enquired about this I was told that there were problems securing the item from the supplier. So much for it being in stock.

After a couple of more days slipped by, I informed the company that I wanted to cancel. The website says you can do this if within 30 days. This was refused so I said I would get my bank to chargeback the money to my account. The company then created a delivery tracking ticket same day to show that the item was on it's way. Though evidently it was not.

Today, 18 days (14 work days) after making my order the item arrived. It is exactly what I was looking for and I have tested it to make sure it is working. I'm currently very pleased with it. How much happier would I be if this company had been more open about their stock levels, delivery dates and charges. For days I thought that I must have fallen victim to a scam. Buyer beware.

Great customer service

The customer service was excellent! I wrote in a question and a few hours later it was answered. The delivery was smooth, and it was exactly what I wanted! My husband loved his gift. Thank you!

Do not even think about buying if you're in the UK

If you live in the UK, do not even think about ordering from here.

All their products are listed with "Delivery to GB in 3-7 working days".

It's a scam plain and simple. I ordered on the 8th November. My order sat on "processing" for 12 days.

I emailed multiple times explaining that I've ordered other products that rely on this one, and their return windows are running out, do I need to cancel?

They informed me that "there was a problem with our website which deleted your item from stock while you were ordering" (Something I've now seen they tell everyone). They ignored my requests for shipping info until they finally "Dispatched" the item 12 days later.

I say "Dispatch" in quotes because it's really just from their own warehouse to their dispatch centre.

At which point, only after it's too late to cancel, they then decide to finally tell you "Our couriers have a significant backlog, your shipment may be delayed".

They use PostNL. It's been 16 days and PostNL still have no knowledge of the parcel.

They continuously blame "International shipping delays" despite providing me with the tracking info to show that the international shipping part HASNT EVEN STARTED. And despite admitting they didn't even start the dispatch process until I pestered them 12 days after the order.

These guys are utterly shameless scammers.

Oh, and they'll hit you with hidden customs fees not listed anywhere at all in the invoice or on the order.

Even if they're £500 cheaper than everywhere else, don't do it.

I'm now told by PostNL that my parcel should be with me by January, and Grooves have the audacity to say my request for cancellation "arrived too late" despite multiple attempts to clarify before dispatch and even though the item hasn't even left their country.

But it's fine they assure me, if it ever arrives, I can return at my own expense.

"3-7 working days".

Hidden Cutsoms Fees / Not a Transparent Company

Horrible experience! The company wasn’t transparent about the full costs—prices shown at checkout didn’t match the final amount because my order was over £135. They didn’t disclose that I’d have to cover additional customs fees, which I only found out after the fact. Shipping fees also weren’t clear up front. This lack of transparency led to delays and unexpected charges.

I’d never recommend this store—hidden fees and unclear pricing are a nightmare (which the prices are sneakily hidden in the terms and conditions which weren’t made clear from the get go) 1/5!

Perfect online shopping experience

I was looking for a CD that I couldn't find anywhere, but luckily I found it at Grooves Land. Ordering was easy and the price was great. I ultimately ordered several CDs and I was kept informed of the status of the order. When it was shipped I received a message about this and when I inquired about the order I was answered quickly and correctly by an employee. Yesterday I received the order in good condition. All in all i had a great experience and I would definitely return to Groove Land. They've got a new fan. Keep up the good work!
