A complete scam!!!

A complete scam, and I'm not going to let it go.

I received a call from zonnepanelen consult offering me a no-obligation consultation for €299. Apparently, they know nothing about the concept of a no-obligation consultation. During the conversation, the tone suddenly shifted, and the person pressured me into signing a contract, explaining that after signing, I would only deal with GROENE-KEUZE.NL. Given the high prices, I naturally wanted to discuss it beforehand, but the anonymous advisor said that if I paid the €2340 VAT upfront, I would certainly be guaranteed a credit and a tax refund, all under the control of GROENE-KEUZE.NL. This practice is simply unacceptable and its sole purpose was to shirk responsibility. I ended up signing. Then, during the 14-day cooling-off period, I canceled. Suddenly, numerous fees, never mentioned beforehand, appeared. Even the no-obligation consultation plus cancellation fees now cost €2445, despite no contract having been signed to that effect. I asked for a refund, but they refused and demanded I pay €2445. We are definitely going to take action and file a complaint!

They charge 299 for a sales pitch! want this money back

In a phone call they promised a price for a battery (quite good) that would pay itself with the energy I saved. I had to pay €299 for a 'technical visit' that would be discounted from the battery price. The visit was a sales pitch on 1 hour and instead they offered a battery and a system worth 5 times more of what they promised!

The email they gave in their offer doesn't work, the phone number they call me from doesn't accept calls. I would like to have my money back. My next step is going to be to report them (including the police).
