Rachel is the nicest employee i’ve ever…

Rachel is the nicest employee i’ve ever met. This isn’t an exaggeration! I was at morrisons trying to buy a drink with my friends while all other employees judged for for being teens but rachel understood we meant no harm and we had a lovely conversation and a laugh. Once we left and went to chichos they’re was a pervert commenting on my friend and being suspicious. We all felt uncomfortable and new rachel could help. She was right on it and got the man to leave. She’s truly a life saver and i’ve never encounter someone so compassionate. She’s a real one!!!

Morrisons Zero Cola 93% price hike in 1 week.

Morrisons Zero Cola: read all the reviews its been watered down gradually over the last year, Flavour getting weaker and weaker.

Morrisons Coleshill, North Warwickshire Supermarket.
This store has deteriorated so much in last 12 months.
A visit to the store by senior management is required to see for themselves.
Refrigerators broken on regular basis with pools of water all over the store floor. Produce placed in alternative refrigerators but unsure if safe for consumption.
Empty shelves most of the time on every section, very difficult to assemble a meal.
Out of date and mouldy fruit and vegetables for sale.
Cages, ladders and boxes left unsafely on store floors.
Unhelpful and incompetent staff refilling shelves in the daytime blocking aisles.
Vegetables purchased Monday were off by Wednesday.

I did an online with Morrisons now on…

I did an online with Morrisons now on Sunday 31st of April.

This is the first time I’ve used this service and it will be the last time also I will never shop with Morrisons again.

I waited around a hour for my order for a courier to turn up with 2 bags demanding a code I didn’t have one.

I queried the order as I had spent 74.08 two bags didn’t seem to add up to that so I told the courier I would not be accepting the order as I did not believe this was mine.

He demanded I take the order and he could mark it as delivered I refused he would not leave my door step and he could not speak English to communicate with me so he had to get his wife who was sat in his car.

I told them both I would not be taking the order he would not leave until I had enough and closed the door on him he took the order away with him and said he would be returning this to store.

I guess he did not return this to store as he marked this as delivered. I’m yet to receive my order.

I called customer services and who were also unhelpful and told me to go to my bank to reverse the money! I did this and Morrisons still took the money the next day anyways.

So I then called customer services again who said I needed to make a claim to my bank as has been marked as delivered I assure you I’m yet to receive these goods.

The bank are unable to assist me leaving me 74 pound short this also put me into an unarranged overdraft as this was the last of my money and I was forced to borrow money to do a second food shop.

I’m still yet to receive an update from my complaint I was told yesterday a manager would call me today no call how embarrassing on Morrisons part.

You’ve then gone and refunded me £3 again embarrassing.

I haven’t had a response to my complaint email.

I’m unsure how long Morrisons thought I would wait for a refund but I’m extremely upset and frustrated.

This is probably one of the worst supermarkets in the uk and I urge people not to use them as they have taken my money and haven’t delivered on their side of their services it’s no different to petty theft.

What’s more unreasonable is they don’t seem to care and no one has reached out to apologise to me or offer me a refund.

Charged AFTER a Delivery!!

Can we all see the stupidity behind this? My specific incident happend back in March. Every day since, they have tried to take money out of my account. It's now June!

Let me explain further. I THOUGHT that I had been charged back in March. I thought that I had paid, because I THOUGHT that a supermarket was supposed to charge customers BEFORE delivering the goods? That's correct right? They charged me AFTER delivering.

From March until June now, they have tried to charge every single morning. I'm not a bad person. I always try to pay back what I owe, but why should I pay a company that FAILED to charge me the customer BEFORE delivering a very simple order of a value of £32?!

Is it not Morrisons responsibility to charge me BEFORE delivering goods? Again, I'm not a bad person, but I don't have any respect for Morrisons anymore. It's not my fault that you charged me AFTER delivering products to my address.

I'm not sure what Morrisons wants to do? Upon further research, this is more of a civil matter, rather than a legal matter. Because technically you gave me the products for free, because you charged me after I received the products.

Waterloo Morrisons Huddersfield

Visited 3-45 - 4-15 pm and couldn’t believe only two tills open .
It was very busy and a lot of shoppers with full trolleys preferring to visit the tills with staff scanning rather than self service looking very dissatisfied with the long wait they had .

The worst supermarket visit ever very…

The worst supermarket visit ever very little stock promotional stuff not available. Health and safety scared the life out of me . I was made aware that they had an issue but had to ask but even with there reply some of it was still not acceptable. The health and safety issue I had with the trolly on the travelator really worried me and I did raise it with a member of staff going into the store. But it was leaving the store that an issue occurred . The sore was WEYBRIDGE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding two recent orders from Morrisons that have resulted in significant issues: one order was not delivered at all, and the other order had essential items missing despite payment being taken in full.

After receiving your previous response, I felt compelled to address several concerning points that require immediate attention and resolution before I proceed with further action, including a potential chargeback through my bank.

ORDER DETAILS
Order 1: Failed Delivery
• Order Reference: 1199643739854
• Order Date: 15 May 2026
• Scheduled Delivery Date: 16 May 2026
• Scheduled Delivery Slot: 6:00 am – 7:00 am
• Total Amount Paid: £155.27
• Issue: Order was not delivered at the scheduled time, nor has it been delivered to date.

Order 2: Missing Items
• Order Reference: 1870945900705
• Missing Items Total: £34.85
• Issue: Several items were charged to my account but were not included in the delivery.

MATTERS OF CONCERN
I must express my serious dissatisfaction with your previous response for the following reasons:

1. Irrelevant Inclusion of Past Orders

In your reply, you referenced previous orders that are entirely unrelated to these two complaints. These past orders were completed through different delivery systems—specifically "Morrisons Now - Fresh food delivered fast"—which Utilises third-party delivery partners such as Just Eat and Uber Eats. This is fundamentally different from your standard home delivery service.

Including these irrelevant orders appears to be an attempt to confuse the issue and deflect from your failure to fulfil these two specific orders. For clarity:

• Standard Home Delivery orders: 1170592760168, 1676011437064, 1450378528699, 1144523445876
• Morrisons Now (Third-Party) orders: 1751279724523, 1169280897908

These are two completely separate systems, and I fail to see what relevance past successful or unsuccessful orders have to do with current complaints regarding two specific failing orders.

It would be equivalent to me referencing negative Trustpilot reviews about Morrisons failures—all 21,244 of them—to suggest that you are generally unreliable. This reasoning is flawed and appears designed to intimidate.

REQUESTED RESOLUTION

To resolve this matter without further escalation, I request the following:

1. Full refund for Order 1199643739854 – £155.27 (failed delivery)

2. Full refund for missing items from Order 1870945900705 – £34.85

3. Total refund amount due: £190.12
Please process this refund immediately upon receipt of this letter.

Disappointed with online deliveries

Disappointed with online deliveries. If something is on offer, it lets you add it to the basket and pay for it, but then upon delivery its been substituted for something else. Surely, with the technology they have these days they should know when items are out of stock. Sooo frustrating that you have to then get to a supermarket to buy the item, which, I must say, is ALWAYS in stock in store.
I must add that the delivery drivers are always very polite and helpful.

Morrisons “Fresh Monday” Is a Disappointment – Poor Quality Fruit and Veg

I ordered from Morrisons, but they sent a completely wrong order. I tried to resolve the issue with customer service, but they were very rude and refused to admit the mistake, even though the items in the bag did not match what was listed on the invoice. They charged me for items I did not want or receive.

I was also very disappointed with the “Fresh Monday” offers. For the last three weeks, they have sent vegetables and fruits that were nearly expired or already spoiled. The quality was extremely poor.

Overall, it was a very bad experience. I would not recommend buying fresh produce from Morrisons, especially during “Fresh Monday” promotions, because the discounts are misleading and the quality of the fruit and vegetables is terrible.

Get your self service machines to work please.

On a small shop I had the self service till crash 4 times. This is not unusual. 2 proper tills open with long lines of people queuing there because they clearly don't trust the self serve. Overpriced groceries and very poor options for vegetarians. Bradwell, Norfolk

Morrisons policy is to never respond to complaints.

I ordered on the Morrisons "Now" service, a supposedly fast delivery option. Not only did they not deliver to me at all, the message on the app just stated that it was being packed. After about 3 hours, I called and ask what was happening. I was told that if more than 90 minutes had passed my order was cancelled. I asked why they wouldn't let me know this and that I wanted to complain. I asked when I would hear back and was told the most absurd thing I've ever heard from any company:- "we do not respond to complaints, they are only dealt with internally." It would be hilarious if it wasn't such a callous insult to customers who have often been left in a bad situation. I expect that Trading Standards would not allow this company to conduct its operations this way. These are extremely unfair practices and I will be bringing it to their attention.

Goodbye Morrisons, hello Sainsbury

Have spent £80/week on average at morrisons. Shopped yesterday, forgot to give £7 rebate voucher so went in today with £89 till slip and voucher, asking if could please get my £7. Staff member at cigarettes counter was adamant nothing could be done. When I said things like that weren't a problem at Sainbury's and, for that reason, morrisons had just lost a client, her reply to me was: "Fine!". Ah well, at least morrisons are consistent in their attitude, lacking as much loyalty towards their own company as they do towards clients 😂.

First and last time using Morrisons online

This was the first time I used Morrisons online to place an order. I even signed up for the delivery pass so I can choose a delivery slot. I found a £15 off £60 code off my 1st online order and placed an order for the first time and chose my delivery slot.

I then received an email the night before my delivery was due and was informed me my order had been cancelled, no reason was given.

I also found the items I ordered which had been on promotion had now gone up in price, so annoyingly I now have to pay more if I placed a new order. Not to mention I have also lost the £15 voucher code for first time orders and I signed up for the delivery pass for nothing.

This was a complete waste of time and I see no reason to use Morrisons online service again, just not convenient and I am always going to be on edge about them cancelling my order or items from it.

I have since cancelled my delivery pass and will just stick to shopping in store in future.

Morrisons deliveries are abysmal

Ordered a Morrisons delivery via Amazon. Got the message that the order was getting picked, then that order was on its way, and then... a message that there was a problem with the delivery, and can I please update my address? There is nothing wrong with my address, and I had just received an Amazon delivery one hour earlier. So I contacted customer support via Amazon, who then put me forward to the Morrisons ' help desk. They were very apologetic that the order was delayed, but it has now been given high priority and will be delivered within the next hour. Well, it hasn't been delivered. I waited another 90 minutes. I will never, ever use Morrisons for deliveries again! And here I thought the supermarket business was really cutthroat, with supermarkets competing for customers. Clearly, with 2.9 stars on Trustpilot, Morrisons is not too bothered...
