No customer service
I ordered a watch and received a faulty unit, so I contacted the seller to know how to proceed for an exchange.
The seller asked me to shoot a video demonstrating the issue with the product.
I shot a video, sent it to the seller, then waited for their response.
One week later, I sent them a reminder, asking them to keep me informed.
Ten more days later, I still have no response from them.
It looks like they have no intention of resolving the problem.
