I’ve been to the Olive Branch location…

I’ve been to the Olive Branch location 3 times and the midtown location twice. Staff has always been helpful in answering any questions I have and offer great conversation and info about runs. If you are new to the area and like to run go by, they will get you in a list and let you join in on their group runs.

Plain awesome.

Great selection. Great price. Great execution on my order. First time I use them, but they are now bookmarked and amongst my top 3 choices when searching for outdoorsy (and beyond, really) products. Wish I had a brick and mortar near me.

limited shipping info

The homepage never offered any information of when I should expect the shoes. I had to write to customer service who informed.

I also got notification of shipping (about 3 days after order placement), but no tracking information until the day they were to arrive (about a week after order placement).

I was very satisfied with my ordering experience through Grivet Outdoors. We normally use Amazon, but could not find the shoes I was looking for, so I discovered Grivet. I will be checking your site before Amazon now. Great job!
