Poor regard to residents and also H&S

The company are constructing scaffolding on a residential building and there is a total disregard to the residents property, health and safety and noise levels. Despite being told not to walk through hedges, they continue to do so, have not ringfenced off the scaffolding while they work to ensure health and safety is adhered to, nor used communication aids to ensure that they are not shouting to each other all the time. The irony is, they have the premises I am referring to on their home page!
