Enough
Enough. Linda, (The Clara Apartments) I am surprised you are disappointed since I have been advising you that the man has been bringing his work home with him since October of last year. This experience has been awful, and your entire staff has been aware. The tenant above me hammers, bangs, and stomps all night. The police have been called multiple times, and you have failed to assist. I believe your solution was to transfer me to a new unit. Is that a solution for me? No, I would have to employ movers, pay utility transfer fees, etc. He continues to disrupt the environment. I have supplied you with recordings and still nothing. I turned in my 60-day notice over 30 days ago, and you still have not advised me on the response from your regional manager on the decision to waive the lease termination fee. My rent is close to $2400 monthly. The decision to make residents pay for parking unless they park in the garage was a terrible idea. This was a calculated move to wait for people to move in and then decide to make all the parking close to the building reserved parking and pay an additional $50 per month. The valet trash service is not consistent. A high expectation? Is this the same expectation that had the residents fist-fighting in the parking lot? Several people were tussling and waking the entire community. The police were called once again for assistance. Please put me out of my misery and let me move without further penalty. Thank you
