Our journey began in 1992 when the Lisjak family opened one of the first olive oil mills in Istria, marking a significant milestone in the region's olive oil heritage. In 2023, we proudly introduced our new ''Gregor Lisjak'' brand, a boutique line of premium extra virgin olive oils crafted by Gregor Lisjak and his family from olives harvested in our estate in Krkavče, which boasts over 1500 olive trees. The olives are processed in just a couple of hours, with cold pressing method, in our own olive oil mill in Krkavče. Excellent taste and fast delivery.
Ordered three kinds of olive oil. The regular one Selection, top quality and excellent taste, a bit peppery, grassy, fruity, good combination with a fresh white bread. The Chili not so spicy and you can easily taste all other food flavours, it really invigorates any pizza. And the last one, just pasta 'al dente' and few table spoons of the Truffle oil, long lasting experience.

Very good quality oil.
10 working days from ordering until delivery date are a bit too long considering the €14.90 shipping cost.
The space gap left inside the package caused one of the items crush the other (an oil can) deforming what was intended to be a gift.

Very good olive oil - high end
Very good olive oil - high end. Different varieties with differences in fruitiness and spiciness. The first delivery was damaged during transportation obviously due to rough handling by the courier service. Fast and uncomplicated replacement delivery.

Great olive oil
Delicious oils from this small scale producer. We were introduced to this product whilst on holiday in Slovenia and I have been ordering it as my main supply of olive oil. It’s got a good peppery bite and the pumpkin and olive oil (combined) is really delicious on salads.
