In 12 years of renting, this was the worst experience I have ever had of dealing with an estate agent.
To add a bit of colour here, myself and my partner took an hour off work to travel an hour to Kingston for a viewing, in the 30 degree heat. Adding to the intense frustration of what happened.
Our viewing was at 5pm, we can’t have arrived later than 5:04pm so granted we were late but I had called the office to tell them and no one answered (a common theme). We arrived at the house and the agent (Fabjola Bleta) came out with another person who was viewing, so we stood an appropriate distance away (can’t have been more than 3 metres away) and waited. Then without looking around once, the agent crossed the road and left. We assumed there must be another agent showing us round but 10 minute of waiting in the heat and calling the office later it became clear we had missed our viewing. Finally the phone was picked up by the same lady who we saw leaving the property, who said we’d turned up late and she’d left having not seen us. We asked her to return (given the office is round the corner) and she said they all had too many appointments to return. We could have accepted the situation but at that point the lady decided to lie, saying she’d waited around until 5:10pm for us. A blatant lie because we were able to say exactly what she looked like, having watched her leave at 5:05pm. The general tone was also unacceptable on the phone, I had received an email at 4:30pm saying the viewing was confirmed, but I wasn’t able to pickup a call earlier in the day confirming the viewing - so this lady had assumed we weren’t coming?! Just ridiculous really. It turned out she was also lying about having other appointments, because after much talking on the phone she did come back and show us around, this was appreciated but I think the relationship was broken by then. We liked the house but couldn’t stand the thought of working with Greenwoods.
Just an awful experience all round, exasperated by the sarcastic demeanor when she came back to show us the house (at 5:45pm).

I have just had to report this company to the ICO for refusing my data access request. Avoid at all costs as they do not seem to understand the rules of GDPR. Very rude staff also. They don't understand GDPR rules and have no want to learn. Was told I am no longer allowed to phone them and they would refuse my GDPR access request.

OK, so going through a messy divorce, and having to sell my home of 35 years was particularly harsh, but I'm so glad I chose Greenwoods to market my property. They didn't give me the highest quote, but I felt everything about what was said was much more clear and consise, and it turned out the team on Sandy Park Rd, Brislington are all great, and incredibly empathetic, which is just what I needed. House went on sale 23rd June, and was sold to someone who viewed it on the 27th! Everything went silky smooth, and super quick. I moved out on 12th August, so all in around 6 weeks start to finish! It's been a roller-coaster of emotions, and Greenwoods were by my side for the whole thing, and I'm extremely grateful for their sensitivity in dealing with me (not the easiest person, with some mental health issues). I wouldn't hesitate one second to recommend them. Excellent service, and lovely team of people. Thank you Greenwoods, you've should be extremely proud!

I have just completed a transaction using Greenwoods as the agent for both purchase and letting. I have been very impressed by the professionalism of Andrew and his team. I should add that the top partner of the law firm that was handling my legals (also) noted that Greenwoods were very reliable and they have a long history of property deals in the Colchester area.

Arranged a viewing in Bristol, drove an hour to view the property, after waiting outside for agent for a while I called to find out that the agent in charge of my viewing was not around and there was nobody else available today. They told me they couldn't rearrange the viewing because they were fully booked. Another case of being messed around by people who think they can do what they like.

Emailed twice requesting a property viewing..no response.. phoned and was told that they had not received either email.. was then told that viewings are full for all properties within 20 minutes of them going on the website! Thanks! Really helpful!

Greenwoods Property is without a doubt the best estate agent I've ever used. They were highly professional throughout the purchase of my BTL property. No time-wasting! The whole process took only 6weeks from start to finish.
Having recently been messed about by a few other estate agents, so using Greenwoods Property was the best decision I've made. They are also managing my BTL property and it has been excellent so far.

This a terrible company both as a letting agent and as an estate agent. I let through them and sold my property in Bristol. They never seemed to do what I needed and had to be prompted every step of the way. They were condescending and unprofessional at times. I’m sure they didn’t think I knew the process. In fact I had let properties before and bought and sold various properties across the UK. They over valued my property leaving it on the market to became stale. Not until I lowered it by £50000 did I get any serious interest or offers. It was really hard work to keep having to chase them constantly and has left me feeling exhausted. I would not recommend this company and feel disappointed with the whole service.

After trying other agencies, we were a little disappointed with the costumer service that was provide to us, but on the day that I call to arrange a view for our first property together, I become extremely satisfied with the courtesy and politeness that Andrew talk with me and with the wisdom of a good and experiente agente that he is.
After seeing the property we knew this was the one!
Beyond that, everything went as smooth as silk . Andrew and Kenny toke care of all , with a lot of paciente with us and our busy jobs. Providing us all the essential information, clarifying all our doubts, and outlining all the issues that appear along the process and after the keys delivered.

Excellent costumer service, highly recommend!

Overall review is excellent. House sold for the valuation made by them and was kept updated through the process. Best estate agent I have used would highly recommend.
