The facilities at this cattery are…

The facilities at this cattery are good. My review is for the complete mess and chaos that the owner runs her business. She did not tell the truth when she messed up a booking, she gets dates wrong causing unnecessary stress to customers. My cat was well looked after but I would not return to this cattery again, very poor customer services by owner who covers her mistakes with bookings and her inability to run her business. Very disappointing experience and do not recommend this cattery.
