Good chimney sweep and stove service from Greenstove. On time and made no mess, plus very friendly.

Outstanding service and help
Greenstove solutions were highly professional and extremely helpful throughout all our dealings with them. Laurence first came out for an advisory visit. He and Tom then came again and identified a problem we had with the top part of our chimney (which had been rebuilt by another company). George and Conner subsequently installed a stove and liner for us, dealing with some further difficulties in a very professional and helpful way, resolving them without fuss. We found Greenstoves to be a great company to dealwith and everyone who works there to be very helpful and we would use them again.

Friendly and informative within the shop with lots of help and advice, availability and prices all available.
The assessment of the fireplace area prior to fitting was quick and easy, and again friendly service.
Fitting was before Christmas luckily and the fitters were clean and tidy, friendly and it was finished and ready to go in no time.
Such a quick and easy service, lots of information and friendly staff!

Absolutely great company to work with from start to finish. Tom and his team couldn't have been more helpful and managed to squeeze in a tricky install in time for Christmas despite being fully booked.

Ordered a stove to be fitted and they were busy so had a lead time. My house was bloody freezing but no worries you have to wait for quality sometimes. Then i get a call to say they have had a move around of jobs and did i want it fitted tomorrow. Happy days! The guys that turned up were awesome. Professional, knowledgeable with an attention to detail and even though my house fought back a bit they overcame the problem and completed and an awesome install. So very happy and now warm..

Excellent service - careful sweep with dust sheet and equipment to clean the chimney of the wood burner.

The communication could have been more effective: the order of the preparations for the stove to be installed. The shop mentioned it would be two consecutive days and one day for the final installation; however, it was one day for the prepping and two for the last touches. Arrangements had to be rescheduled to accommodate the changes.

We had a really good experience with Green Solutions from coming and measuring for a log burner and fitting it. The fitters were helpful and did a brilliant job. I would highly recommend this company .
