really went the extra mile - most helpful

Had pretty unpleasant experience, ordered jacket (btw read product description some odd products are unreturnable) and forgotten about it, at the time this was out of stock so I thought would be refunded or at least asked that. Than two weeks later I received jacket which don’t fit and returns are not possible for some products… but jacket??? Wasted money

I ordered some storage boxes at 3.30pm yesterday afternoon and they arrived early this morning. I was not expecting delivery to be so fast. Boxes arrived in perfect condition. First time customer and I will definitely be back. Amazing!

I couldn't speak highly enough about the customer service I received from Scott, it was second to none. I now wouldn't look at using any other retailer. Products are amazing quality and the price is excellent value for money with super quick delivery.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Scott at Green Stationery was exceptionally helpful when I needed a last-minute order. He not only made sure that it happened, but also called me the next day to confirm that it has been dispatched to reassure me that I would have my delivery in time.

I have never been let down by this company. I have always had good service and fast delivery. I am a small business that doesn't order in great bulk but what ever I order from them has arrived quickly and I have had great service when making enquiries from staff their. Placed my order on 9th Feb'21. Received my order 18 hours later. I could not believe how quickly my order was delivered. Excellent service could not fault it. Would highly recommend Thank you so much.

Bought some suspension files and storage boxes, both good quality vinyl plastic: unfortunately the carriers hadn't been as careful as they should and some of the latter crush damaged, GreenStationery sent replacements immediately. All. Items delivered next day, - great service.

Absolutely outstanding customer service!

I needed some storage boxes that were in short supply. Having wasted an hour speaking with other retailers who showed little interest in my custom, I then spoke to Scott at Greenstationery who was absolutely outstanding. Not only was his pricing excellent, he was Informative, extremely helpful and honoured every word.

The larger companies could learn a lot from Greenstationery. Keep up the great service Scott.

Scott has been absolutely amazing throughout the pandemic. The service received is second to none.
The response time is almost immediate and progress updates are much appreciated.
The updated product lists with estimated delivery times during the height of Covid were extremely helpful in organising our colleagues being able to work from home.

Superb customer service - very minor issue with the chair but quick communication and 100% no quibble solution. Highly recommend.

We're a very busy distribution warehouse and Greenstationery have been really reliable and offered great prices from the start. Next day delivery and they're quick to sort out any issues you may have.

Order placed late afternoon, received first thing next morning. Most impressed with service.

First order from the company had to email as order not received,told the a replacement would be sent on Monday received today before 10am great service.
