Raised a complaint about a missing bonus round win and the ticket was closed with no resolution atfer three weeks. Reopened it twice, escalated twice, still nothing came of it. They just wait until you give up and move on to another platform
Bonus was auto applied to a deposit I made without opting in on the deposit screen. 😕
VIP tier requirements are never published so you have no idea what you are working toward. 🙄😞
Payment history only shows the last thirty days, no way to export older records, no CSV or PDF download, no way to see what I have deposited over the course of my membership. Useless for personal records and any kind of budget revview. 😡
Set a two hour session limit. Site let me play for three hours before booting me out. When I raised it, support said the limit is a target, not a hard cap. That is not what a responsible play tool is supposed to mean
